Fruit bodies not growing even on good conditions

hey guys! it's my first time growing shrooms and i think i've done everything right. -i use 1 inch of perlite at the bottom of my box and i humidify it once a week. (there is condensation) -the temperature of the fruiting chamber is slightly under 75 degrees farenheit but does that really matter? -i vent it at least 3 times a day, sometimes more. i poked a small hole to help fresh air exchanges. -my cakes are 100% colonized but i can see vermiculite spots through mycelium (mycelium is thin, especially on the top of the cake?) -i expose the cakes to sunlight when possible (maybe not enough?)
it'S been 11 days and nothing happened. Mycelium have not changed (maybe a bit flufflier but not really) white is still white what should i do? fruit bodies are just not growing should i dunk and roll my cakes?
also, a weird thing happened: i had tape inside the box, to fix a window on the box cover. green and red moss appeared on the tape. contamination?
thank you guys! have a nice day!

The conditions are not "good" or close to good. This is good, use this without deviation no shortcuts: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20195542

11 days isn't long enough to worry
Your fruiting conditions are no where near good. Follow directions don't make up shit, especially when you don't know what mushrooms want
Yes dunk and roll your cakes... It's in the directions for a reason.

Holes in the chamber. I wish I could change my username to that. Nah. I don't.
Someone needs to make a sticky at the top "LOTS OF HOLES IN THE SGFC"
Something. So many new people I've seen in this year of being a member that think it's somehow okay to put your cakes in a box without any air flow. Crazy man.

You want at least 4 inches of perlite and 1/4 inch hole spaced 2 inches apart in a grid pattern on all six sides for passive fae. Condensation only means you have a temp difference nothing more nothing less and no indicator of humidity. You really just need to mist as needed to keep up with good humidity.
Cakes should be dunked and rolled right as soon as you birth them... You should have them on 12/12 lighting getting nice intense direct lighting.

You need to manually vent 6-10 times an hour to get the FAE you get from building a fruiting chamber(a SGFC) correctly.

Yes but likely a lot less I'd at least melt a few bigger holes in

Add lots more holes and more perlite. It won't really take any more money, except maybe another bag of perlite.
