I could see this being Agrocybe or Galerina.    Might help a little to see a spore print so I can tell exactly which shade of brown the spores are, but it's definitely not active or edible.

thhanks i didnt think it was active either,looks like a cyan though, how did you tell it wasnt?

The OP is in the UK and that is a species from Japan which was probably erroneously listed as having psilocybin.
