Topic. Do you think in words mostly? How do you go about changing this?

Visual submodality exercises:
-------------------- Favorite entheogen experiences in descending order: 1)Combo of oral DMT + smoked Bufotenine 2)Amanita (urine drank twice) 3)Mushrooms > Achuma 16"+cid(still need higher dose Achuma)> Cid (still need high dose) 4)Morning Glory-HBWR (+cumin, cinnamon aldehyde adducts) > Methyl chavicol (need more activators) 5)Salvia (need to try quid)
All readable matter in the above post is ficticious... any similarities to real life are purely coincidental. Blessing.

I was going to say if you write, you could write less, and meditate more, but this is way more interesting.

Choosing not to have an opinion is the only way to silence our mind from the voices, basically what we're doing is coming up with a script for the next time we speak to someone, because we subconsciously desire to be able to influence the actions of others in order to be admired or worshipped. Personally I've found that choosing to perceive the world around me like I was the last person alive, and truly embracing that reality for some time made a huge difference in my confidence and self awareness. The voices are just different brain wave frequencies that we call egos, and our ego is fueled by sin that requires some other being to gain power from, so if there are no other people, then sin is irrelevant and we will naturally move away from it, causing the egos to die and the true state of being to emerge.

Ooo ooo I know this one. Quote:

I think in images mostly. My father also thinks with images for the most part. I remember showing him a horizontal fMRI scan image of people looking at images while at a pizza place. It showed "normal" people using significantly less oxygen along the visual pathways and occipital lobe than personally-reported visually based people. I believe Alduous Huxley said something about understanding what it is to be more visually based in the mind after taking mescalito. He said he was always more vocabulary based in his head I think. So, maybe try researching mescalito for visual effects/expanding the minds vision center or ability or whatever.
I have intense social anxiety, which I can manage if I use my inner monologue. If I do not consciously do so however, my mind will be full of noise alright just no clear or calm voice to help guide it all. I wouldn't choose to be this way if I wanted to be a social butterfly, so there are trade offs yo
