Do tattoos make you cooler? More confident? A sign of bravery, creativity, baddassery, uniqueness?
Do you agree?
You may choose only one

Creativity and uniqueness are the only ones I agree with. Unless you're one of those losers that picks designs off the display walls in tattoo shops.

ok "creativity" and "uniqueness" are going to be my second and third then.  Should I get a crazy font or just stick with Comic Sans?

Technically the bravest people are people who get tattoos of really dumb or ugly things, or names of their lovers. That's a very bold move and takes lots of bravery to do.

Existing before Heaven and Earth,
Silent, still, standing alone, unchanging,
All-pervading, unfailing,
I do not know its name; I call it tao.
If forced to give it a name, I call it
Great (ta). Being great, it flows out;
Flowing out means far-reaching;
Being far-reaching, it is said to return.

Bravery is relative to how much risk one believes they are taking. That something is done out of stupidity does not mean it was a brave choice if the person in question thought it was a good idea at the time. :lol:

I don't know exactly what this means, but I plan on getting it tattoo'd on myself.

Wouldn't it just take a dumb person to put dumb tattoos on them? I don't think it takes any amount of bravery to get any tattoo unless you have some kind of phobia of needles.

tattoos is as big of a spectrum as a person taking drugs. the variety follows the usual curve of society.

I say none of the above.  I think the described traits are far deeper than a tattoo.

They're just ink.

So? Would you tell an artist he's not creative because "it's just paint"?

literally just came back from a tattoo. I got Elliot Smith's album art. Kinda like this. But I made it a bit unique and added somethings
