I have just recently ordered some salvia leafs and extracts from the Internet(Salviasupply.com ). Just got a pm from this other guy from Norway He ordered Salvia a few years ago, don't think it was the same shop. But his stuff got confiscated by customs So now i am worried that i may have wasted my money, and will be getting a letter from customs U guys think it will get trought to me?

Well Norwegian customs seized my order of Snus from Sweden... they are sending it, but charged me an extra 150kr for 10 boxes (to anybody who doesn't know what snus is, it's a swedish chewing tobacco type of substance)... so i'd be careful with those damn customs... not sure of the exact legality, however.

salvia is legal in norway and you can order it in norway and get it the next day http://salviaplante.50megs.com however extracts arent legal. its like this, you can buy the plant and you can grow the plant. you can make as many cuttings and grow a huge garden if you want, but its illegal to prepare it in extract and sell and buy ready prepared salvia like extract or dried leafs. if its stopped by customs you will recive a letter where they ask for permission to open it. its some complicated rules that norway has commited themself to under the EEA agreement. that is why mushroom kits and sprores are legal to import but ready dried mushrooms arent because than it goes under other rules. same with salvia. what you cant grow in norway is two things cannabis and khat, i dont think there are any others.
