Humidity in glc rye berry jar normal?

Hello, i was wondering if you wouldent mind answering a question of mine, in reguards too the steralization process of rye berries. I plan on following rr method when preping the grains, when inserting the tyvek sleve accordian style into mycrobag, since its used as a steral g/e device, could i just leave the tyvek in the spawn bag? and incubate as you would a normal spawn bag? I would of course allow a plenium of air for 3 days minimum after impulse sealing I dont have a laminar flow hood and a g/b seems risky considering the open air source used in filling the bags. Do you think this could work?
I realize if folded correctly with added tape etc, that the cooling process creates a vacume seal and impulse sealing carefully right after is ideal ,as well as allowing a plenum of air occur naturally over the next 3-5 days through the .2 micron gusset is another option Just trying to go abt the best way with less contam risks.

I would not leave the tyvek inside. Sticking mold spores on the tyvek can lead to contamination.
It IS possible to pre-seal the bags. But you have to be very careful with .22 filter bags. You can fold them like you would do with tyvek inside, put a plate on top of the bags to prevent clogging the vents and slowly increase the heat/pressure. After 2 hours at 15 PIS you should decrease the heat/pressure slowly over the time of 1-2 hours. It is a pita but possible. Too much hassle that's why i prefer the tyvek method.
Before i had a flow hood i used bottlenecks/tubes with stuffed polyfill for my spawn bags.. maybe I write a tek for this sometime..

OK I write a tek for the method I used before I had a flow hood. It will take some time because i have to take pictures.
//edit
No need to write a tek because Agar used almost the same method: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5415545
I used it similar. I used polyfill and cutted PP tubes or bottlenecks.
//edit #2
Found it. 99% like I did it. That worked for me some years ago: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/562556/an/0/page/0

Ok thanks for that, great stuff.
How long after pc cooling process do i need to wait b4 incoculating bag? Like can i just knok them up after or do i need to wait for a plenum? G/e is alot quicker with the tek uve suggested than the standard .22 micron gusset on my microbags, but as RR msthod i believe he fills as much air in the bag under a laminar flow hood to ensure adequate co2, does this tek suffice for enough g/e to be knocked up right after cool down? Or should i wait a couple days to let more g/e then nock? Kinda feels like a waste to cut my. 22 micron gusset and modify accordingly but it seems the most practical given my resources. Thanks for the feedback helped alot.

I just steralized the rye berries in jars with tyvek as the g/e port with rtv applied to adhere to the mason lid,as well as 2 s.h.i.p's. I pc them for 60 minuets using half pint jars at 1/3 of rye, as im looking for fast colnization for my glc. Is it normal to have humudity on the inside of the jars? I just steralized it yesterday so perhaps the 1st three or so days its normal to have humidity in walls of mason jars, it has been preped exactly as this link describes, http://www.freshcapmushrooms.com/learn/grains-explained-how-to-make-perfect-grain-spawn
