It was the best thing that ever happened to me. Revolutionized my life for the better. I had a run of almost two years of walking on sunshine.
Then finally the WD and dependence issues became impossible to ignore. Being addicted was still a good life, but I just wasnt comfortable having to dose right before bed just to sleep through the night.
So now I am happy that I can enjoy kratom on work days but not need it every day.
SAMe really is helping and I find I forget to dose kratom sometimes, dont even think about it, dont need pregabalin on days off.
Taking kratom becomes almost an after thought and my frequency of redosing naturally drops because those low mood moments that used to trigger me to dose happen less often.

So my buddy reccomended that I take black cumin seed oil daily just for general health and immunity. I thought it was silly but said fuck it and tried it. I take 2-3 teaspoons after dinner. noticed a little energy kick and increased immunity. In addition to eating a clean diet high in fruits and veggies, I take apple cider vinegar daily and this black seed oil. The only two supps I use atm
Anyways, I started taking kratom about a week after that, and noticed that my general tolerance was shit and I was generally more sensitive. Esp compared to when I last used it a year or two ago. I just assumed that due to some confounding factor I was getting better effects. I specifically thought that I was just in such a drugged out haze that period I first used kratom, that my body and mind were just used to being drugged all the time. I was digging through reddit last night and found out that black seed oil is a great potentiator. Little did I know I was mixing the two almost daily
now it could be placebo. But before you internet bastard dismiss my anecdote as placebo or nonsense https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19385474
Tons of reports all over the place that black seed oil works to decrease opiate withdrawls, kratom withdrawls, and to kick up/potentiate opiate and kratom experiences
Its literally and opiod antagonist. Which sort of explains some of its immunity, sleep and mood benefits

just thought I would share. Grapefruit juice is delicious and supposedly kicks up a kratom experience. I might stock up on both now. But that little finding explains a lot. I was really weirded out by how little kratom I was using to get such an effect
