Has anyone here changed their diet due to a certain psychedelic or spiritual experience? Would they recommend it to others?

I mean i feel this thread is gonna go in the direction that a lot of these type of threads go into. I personally dropped a fuckton of cid and started doing doing heavy yoga and meditation for a year. I still do both these days but im less obssesive about it
Anyways, I found myself naturally craving the pescatarian foods. fish, eggs, yogurt and lentils for protein. Lots of rice, green veggies, some fruit, and some nuts
I tried vegan. I found pescatarian is easy to stick to
I don't to start a HUGE debate (which inevitably happens when vegatarianism comes up), but start with finding a diet that works for you. You feel great on a vegan diet? Cool. Chicken and rice, bodybuilding diet? Cool. if you want to eat paleo? Cool
those are the three big diet types. But I would personally say yes. Tripping nuts and being a hippie has made me naturally crave less meat and less processed shit. Do vegatarian if YOU feel better. Whatever you feel best on, do that

Haha good answer. I've settled on the pescatarian diet myself, for the time being at least... coincidence eh. Neither endearing to the veggies or to the carnivores xD

For the long term? No..I still eat exactly the same, but while I'm tripping I tend to eat really nothing but fruit and candy.

I've gone through all sorts of changes with diet due to my spiritual unfolding... For five years I was basically raw vegan fruitarian... And it worked so well for years... Then my kundalini awoke big time and I couldn't handle sugar any longer... Now I'm eating a low glycemic diet, more stable overall...
If there is one thing I can say about finding right diet, it's those foods that feel very neutral in your system after you eat them.. You shouldn't be buzzing hyper or falling into a food coma "itus".. It should feel like you haven't eaten anything energetically.. Food goes in, satiation happens, but mental and physically you feel same as pre meal...
Some people purposely eat heavy foods to sedate.. While some purposely eat stimulating foods to feel energized... But if your going down a spiritual path then I suggest one that feels really neutral...

It's important to eat natural food. I was a vegetarian for many years but eventually found it too difficult to keep up my strength eating like that, because I'd just have to spend too much time cooking to get all my nutrients. So now I eat a little meat from time to time.

Since taking 2.6mg of LSD, I've been vegan. Food in general is kind of unappealing to me, but plant based food is the only food I can stomach really.
