How Do They Make (A)PE Syringes?

Recently I obtained some APE and PE Syringes from a trusted vendor. They didn't carry any spore prints for these strains. From what I've read, they don't really drop spores, so people use sterile q-tips to swab the spores from the gills of mature mushrooms.
My question is how do they make (A)PE syringes? Are they immersing the swabs in sterile water or using some other technique to collect the spores?

I've read they blend the fruits then separate out the spores in a centrifuge.
I would link to the post I found that information from, but it contains the name of a vendor.

These are gently dried, which tends to cause even more spores to mature before the cap completely dries out. The caps are then crushed, rehydrated in sterile water with a wetting agent and then centrifuged. Spores are very dense compared to the mushroom tissue, bacteria and other impurities, so they separate nicely into a pellet at the bottom of the vial. Remove the top layer and repeat with a few more washings and centrifuging and you have nearly pure spores when you are done. This is dried and used as needed.
It is somewhat complicated and not practical for the home experimenter but it does scale up well for the production of commercial quantities of PE spores. This method can also be used with regular cubensis caps after normal printing. There are a surprisingly large amount of spores clinging to gills. Swabbing is easier and works just as well for archiving spore samples.

Workman said: Its an adaptation of an existing method. I forget where I first read about it but I want to say Mycelium Running by Stamets. I'd have to confirm that. The method is self cleaning since the contaminates are lighter than the spores and deposit on the top of the pellet.

Workman said: I left out a step. You should coarsely filter the mushroom material before centrifuging. Its probably obvious that you don't need large chunks in the centrifuge.

Very cool thanks for the info. I wasn't asking to create my own, I will just use the swabs and clone fruits for that. It was just out of curiosity.

What did you search? 'PE Spore syringe method' returns 7 pages of stuff. Now that I know you use a centrifuge it would have narrowed it down quite a bit. I also didn't look in "Advanced Mycology"

TC box, only one result per thread, search in mushrooms mycology and psychedelics header(includes cultivation and advanced sub threads)
search query is "PE spores method"
blackout has me on ignore because I call out his bullshit so that's why he replied with the same quote 12 hours later.

I'm actually working on a method for using a swab to make a MS syringe. Getting ready to post it up too.

Cool thanks for the search tips, those are helpful.

What do you use the syringes for? Aren't the swabs viable for much longer?

Well sure but I mean in case someone doesn't have access to agar, or has no use for agar, they can make a MS syringe from the swab.

Jacob- did you ever dial in this method? I’d be curious to see what your protocol is.
