Is this mold, mycelium, or neither?

This is my first attempt at growing. I inoculated 12 jars (BRF) with GT 2 weeks ago, and I've got a couple that were slow to take off. All jars with growth of any kind, do have moisture on the inside walls of the jars. I'm not sure if this is an issue. I checked 3 days ago and had a small white spot starting off in one of those jars, and today I see this. It's not ropey like the others, more fuzzy than anything. Any ideas/solutions?

The bottom two are definitely very nice looking rhizomorphic mycelium, the top two pics are kinda blurry but I would say they are too. Congrats!

Thank you, I'm am somewhat confident in the 2nd jar being mycelium, but not certain. The first 2 are one Jar, the last 2 are a 2nd Jar. That blur is the fuzzy looking stuff in question. It's a close up photo. I can take another if it will help. The center definitely looks like mycelium, its newly formed stuff on the edges I'm concerned about.

Those edges will thicken up. Just give it a day or 2.

Second jar looks great. That's healthy, strong mushroom mycelium. As someone else mentioned, first jar pics are too blurry, but it's probably fine. Either way, don't stress about it. Let it grow more and see what happens.
Note that "mycelium or mold" isn't quite right - it's definitely mycelium either way. Mold also grows mycelium. The question is whether it's the mycelium of the fungus that you would like to cultivate.

Haha it wouldn't surprise me! That first jar is still being an asshole. All the rest have been birthed, but that one is sitting right around 50%. I think it knows I want to eat it's babies.

Here's the Jar. Multiple pics, with and without flash AND with and without the mark I put in the jar on 10/26 to measure growth. I included so many because it seems that no matter how I take a photo, there's always something else people want to see lol

Wow. Nice job on the multiple pics. Haha
Only one inoculation point?
The growth doesn't look like it's hit a wet bacterial wall or anything. Looks fairly normal.
Slow moving - but more than likely because it's MS in a high nutrition medium.
Do you see growth from day to day on this jar?
If you do-Id say it's fine and you should keep moving with it. Myc looks healthy to me.

Looks fine but it does feel like it's going slowly. My thought is that your BRF mix might be just a bit wetter than it should be. Better to make it a notch to the dry side than a notch to the wet side.

I had 4 points for inoculation. I had 2 that went crazy fast. Could be the mix since I made 2 separate batches and had to leave the house overnight unexpectedly. So I covered it with cling wrap, & one batch seemed to feel a bit dryer than the other AND only 50% of the jars colonized. Probably not a coincidence, but it was my very first mix so I didn't really know what it was supposed to look and feel like. And since I don't know which jars are from which batch, I also learned an important lesson in labeling my shit lol. It is growing daily, it just takes about 2-4 days to notice it if I don't mark it on the jars. Thanks for the input guys. I wasn't sure if this was a loss or not.

freespeech, I followed the RR video & I thought it was a lot wetter than it looked on his vid. It had a little puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl after I mixed it. Do you think it's ok to reduced the H2O in the recipe? I wouldn't even know how much to remove.

Yes, you will want to always adjust the moisture content of anything you are making for this hobby. There are variations such as verm size (chunky vs. fine), how finely ground the BRF is, humidity in the air and ingredients, and so on. All of these things will add up to make your grow unique, and you need to add the right amount of water to fit that unique situation.
You are always shooting for an ideal level of moisture, but you're right, as a new grower the hard part is knowing what that should be. If you stick with the hobby and do multiple grows where you vary the water content a little bit and take notes, you will start to get an intuitive feel for what the right amount is. The order in which you mix the ingredients also matters. IIRC you should add water to the verm first and then mix in the BRF. If you feel like the result is too wet, you can sprinkle in a bit more verm and BRF to even it out. Follow your instincts; if yours looks noticeably wetter than what RR makes in his video, then adjust on the fly.
As a very general tip, when mixing both BRF cakes and bulk substrates, shoot for a little too dry over a little too wet.

It's easy to add water to a grow, not so easy to get it out...
