Can you identify this mushroom?

Hey, my first time posting on here, come on here from time to time but yeah my first post so hi, good to meet the shroomery community
Went out for a walk yesterday, on some local hills and saw about 5 (not close but in similar area) white-ish/really light brown mushrooms, all pretty big. I know the fly agaric occasionally pops up on these hills and these ones I saw yesterday reminded of the agaric, obviously except for the difference in colour. What you guys think?
(I think I read somewhere there are some mushrooms similar to the fly agaric that are strictly poisonous, but have also heard of there being one which is similar to the fly agaric in hallucinogenic effect, is that true?)
Thanks in advance for any handy info

Looks like Macrolepiota Procera
It could also be Chlorophyllum Molybdites, could you take a shot of the gills?

Thanks Patch Nuke Did a little digging up on Macrolepiota Procera and yeah seems like a pretty close fit. Yeah, I'd have to go back up and find them, but that's easily done so probably will in the very-near future. I've heard that amanita mushrooms are known for having their gill-ring thing break down and slide down the stem, though the spots/marks on the mushroom I photographed are clearly dark while isn't it true amanitas always have white/light marks?

Just read my reply back and it slowly stops making sense a bit aha. Basically I'm just interested to know whether the mushroom I photographed is in the Amanita family, not that I'm going to eat it or anything (assuming some amanita are not halluciogenic, I probably have a lot to learn...aha) but simply just to better my knowledge on the shroom family I'll go back to get some more up close photos and post them on this thread though, and hopefully find some more types while I'm out. Peace

You have a Chlorophyllum species, edible as long as the spores are not green.
