Where Did The Magic Go?

One year ago, I was so eager to try psychedelics; to expand my mind.
I also loved music like sphongle. It just awakened a deeply rooted, natural feeling. And a love for this mystical world.
I did LSD and it gave me the same feeling. I eventually did dmt which was good, but less emotionally impactful (but way more intense). I have done LSD 8 times, Dmt (smoked) 20 times, pharmahuasca 5, and low dose DXM twice. Then I did LSD one more time after 6 months of nothing.
I slowly began to appreciate sphongle less, thought I was listening too often so I stopped. But even after months off I don't get any kind of a mystical feeling from it anymore. And I slowly began having worse trips, I have more visuals, but I feel feverish and cannot enjoy the trips. I thought LSD was cleaner than DMT, but my latest LSD trip (from same sheet) was just as cloudy headed as I feel when I drink pharma.
Has anyone lost the feelings these drugs used to give them? Any conjecture about what may have happened?

I had extra money so I spent 80 and sent a few tabs into a lab. The tabs were 80-100 micrograms of LSD, with no known reasearch chemicals.
Maybe there was some wierd unkown thing, but the odds are incredibly low.

Psychedelics can get weird in good ways and bad. Don't push yourself into tripping more if you aren't feeling it right now or it can get even more confusing and unfulfilling. I've had the same thing happen, where after a while my trips became incredibly confusing and I was gaining nothing. I eventually just had to stop and I also found that much of the music I had been into just wasn't appealing anymore. Give it time and come back later, if you aren't feeling it then take more time and reevaluate if you think it's worth trying again. If you ever get to the point that it just doesn't seem worth it then reflect and move on.
I took 3 or 4 years off and then randomly came upon a sheet and have been dabbling again to great results. The sheer awe of the first few times can make taking a break hard but it's worth it. In the end, no matter how fun they can be, psychedelics are a strange beast. Don't force it is the best advice I can give.

The same thing has been happening slowly to me for approx 3 years. I suspect LSD has changed for me too, but it could just be that I was doing a different lysergamide at first. The music I used to love also has zero effect on me atmo. Hopefully a break will help, but if you took a 6 monther and still nothing, I hope we can find a some other option. (I miss the beautiful pre-psychedelic world!)
The only questionable thing I have done is DXM. (unless I unkowingly took a research lysergamide) I doubt it, but I have heard of brain chemicals being altered long term after DXM, hopefully that is not what is causing this though!

It sounds like you use music to guide your experience and perhaps you have listened to the same music too many times. This has happened with me with some daily soundtracks a few years ago. I recommend finding some new tunes that evoke that feeling within you. If you like Sphongle then check out the Goahead albums on Youtube, Goabeach is really good as well for chiller vibes.

Magic doesn't change, your brain does. Meditation helps connect you a little closer to your subconscious and that's helped me a lot in the way of new experiences. Sounds like you like adventures, maybe experiment with sitting in dark silence by yourself or just tripping by yourself..shit always starts getting intense for me when i'm alone...
