Is SRA supposed to look like this?!
    #23735859 - 10/14/16 12:49 AM (7 years, 3 months ago)

(Winecap, Stropharia rugosoannulata)

It looks wrong on agar, just plain wrong...

Opinions?
Grows slow as shit.

Thing is, I don't see anything except for myc under the microscope.

Update:
I looked at the T2 plate I grabbed this from and I see a big 'ole colony of white mold right next to the area I transferred from.

Well now we know what SRA myc fighting with white mold looks like!

Looks like completely healthy SRA to me. It's normal that it doesn't grow fast.

That doesn't even look right either.

Ideally it's ropey white like cubensis.

Ok, took a better look and it might be bacteria indeed. It's not white enough but I thought it was bad light on pic. The rhizomorphic rounds is typical SRA though.

I see what looks like avoiding mycelium growing to the outer dish, top left.
The centre is also patchy, bacteria infection of some kind, sorry.
