Identification. Possible Panaeolus?

Habitat:
Woods of Pennsylvania on dead wood

Gills:
White to tan

Stem:
White to tan

Cap: dark ring around, black/brown dot on top.

Spore print color:
Making it.

Bruising:
Dark brown.

I found a couple others if you care to try to identify, they came from the same environment and location.

I am not expecting anything except knowledge, I am taking prints from ANY species I find.
