no, thank YOU man. your commitment is admirable as fuck.
my check just came in. if i allocate my expenses correctly i should be able to throw a small donation the AKA's way.
i'm naturally distrustful of institutions, so i just hope all that donation money is being properly allocated and not just lining the pockets of the administrators...

I will forward the receipts if that's what you call em lol when they reach their goal and put more info out. Ive told them numerous times to update their donation site.. they said they will but well see I guess. They will include a donation amount total along with where the money is going as far as I know. Thanks again man!

But where does the possibility of that happening fit into this?>>>
"Baer says there are four options for how kratom regulation will move forward after Dec. 1:
Option One: If the FDA has not completed its analysis, the DEA can issue another notice that it will go ahead with emergency placement in Schedule I, making kratom illegal with as little as 30 days public notice.
Option Two: If the FDA has not completed its analysis, the DEA can wait until it does before taking action.
Option Three: The FDA determines kratom has an accepted medical use, leading to permanent placement in Schedule II, a category of tightly controlled drugs that includes cocaine, or lower – or perhaps no scheduling at all.
Option Four: The FDA determines kratom has no accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse, resulting in a public notice and comment period for proposed permanent listing in Schedule I."
Stoked and thankful for the pressure put forth and outcry folks made about this, enough for the DEA to delay things and open up comment/input from the public....but it still seems to me that it's going to be scheduled/banned in someway or form, and therefor ultimately not available to the people....
....I don't see any outcome where we'll still be able to use our leaf....If it becomes schedule 2, 3 or 4....How would people that want/need to use this leaf legally acquire their leaf if it becomes scheduled under 2, 3, or 4?
None of this is looking positive to me, sure they'll listen to our rants over the next couple months but it still looks like the leaf will be taken away from us regardless...someone try to sway my feels by explaining to me some possible outcomes where we'd still have our leaf, because I just don't see it.

Options 2 and 4 are most likely.

Probably via state law. This would be similar to how MJ is schedule 1 federally but states are turning a blind eye.

I think they are going to extract the actives an make them in to pill form which may if we are lucky be lower sched than 2. Which would still be a better pain reliever than anything you could get OTC.

This has me thinking that weed will be next to be legalized nation wide before 2017. They are getting ready...
