Hi guys, Bought this grow kit and followed all the instructions,but not sure what's going on now. Is it mold,bruising,aborting,rotting? Everyone tells me something different... what should I do?

Ahh thats quite a situation. I think they need water and FAE stat! I am not sure that its mold yet (could be bruising) but extremely deprived of what they need. Maybe start over. You need to make sure its going along in a healthy manner, better to not use kitd as youll hear many times on this board
Looked more closely, seems like mold but also, some fruit seem to be growing healthy, maybe pick those and start fresh?

The problem is you bought a kit and followed the instructions

Its looks horrible. Pick a few of the health pins for agar and start over. And pick the horrible blue death shroom to poison your foes. Then buried it outside might get lucky

What is fae? And how can I start over? Yes,some look totally healthy,also from the ones growing under the surface. If it's mold,adding water won't make it worse?

FAE=Fresh Air Exchange
Best way to "start over" is diy. PF tek is a good place to start.

Example of using search engine and making a good first post. Don't ask what FAE is when you can look it up and get an answer faster than waiting for a reply. A lazy attitude won't get you shrooms

So glad I never did a kit. I've had enough learning curves as it is without having to fuck with something that is apparently a street up for failure

Op, the good news is you found the best mushroom cultivation website on the internet. Follow advice given, check out links in regulars signatures, and use the search function (limit searches to the last 4 years or so) do tons of research pick a tek and follow it to a t you will have success if you stick to it. Welcome to the shroomery

People get swindled into buying kits, thats really how a lot of shroomers start. It happens. Most people arent aware that these are mostly scams, its how i started asking questions about how to really work with myc. its a step forward. Also, the only tek that should be followed to a tee IMO is PF tek so that you learn. After a few of those grows and learning grain and agar, you can pretty much do whatever magic you want with mushrooms.
there are these videos that would be recommended here usually, "Lets Grow Mushrooms". It goes over all the basics. For most of this, best to have a pressure cooker. But there are ways around it like ordering pre-sterilized stuff. But if you want to work with this seriously, you will have to get one eventually
