Not Panaeolus cinctulus.
What type of habitat did you find this guy in, oops my bad, I didn't mean to assume your mushrooms gender, hope I didn't trigger you, hahaha, I am a huge idiot.
Anyway, yeah back to the question at hand, what type of habitat did you find this mushroom in? Pan cincts grow on horse dung, grass clippings, and have even been reported from mulch beds, but I suspect there was some type of manure in the landscaping which is why they fruited there.

Actually pretty rocky territory. It is a possibility that cows graze on the land, but I found it between two small(ish) rocks in about a foot tall grass. I saw it off to the side of the trail I was hiking. Also what feautures leads you to believe it isn't panaeolus cinctulus? Im not trying to be rude, just new to this stuff and alot of these grow up there . Thanks for the reply!

Gills and spore prints from cinctulus should be jet black.

You want mocha or dark brown gills. Striations that slightly spiral up stem. Mottling in gills. Maybe some rings on cap.
A good read. https://www.shroomery.org/12484/Panaeolus-cinctulus

Perhaps Kuehneromyces or Pholiota sp.
