Making a sterile syringe from wild

I have a wild mushroom with no spores, and was wondering the following. Ive heard its possible to blend up sterile mushrooms in sterile water to make a syringe out of. I have a wild mushroom which id like to make a syringe out of, how can i best ensure sterility?

Using sterile technique, you can remove some of the interior of the shroom and plate it out on agar, or use it to inoculate a dextrose solution. You could go the route of blending, but everything must be sterile. An Eberbach would be ideal for your purposes, but expensive.

You can skin the shrooms stem, put it in a 1 pint jar with cooled boiled water and some broken glass. Shake this to break up the stem and then poke a hole in the top and make a syringe. I think some hydrogen peroxide will help make it sterile too but i havent tried this.

Or use peroxidated liquid culture, just use any liquid culture recipe and add about 3cc per pint of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide solution. The trick is to rip the mushroom open, don't cut it open. Cutting it will contaminate the inside surface with contaminants from the outside of the mushroom.
