Sooo, did this year "turn you on" to psychedelics?
What was it like for you?
My first true Psychedelic year was 1993. If this was your first Psychedelic year, tell us about it.

In a way, yes, though I haven't tripped so much. I find myself listening to more and more lectures on the topic of psychedelics and consciousness. Having ramped up cultivation, I have plenty of psilocybin on hand to satisfy. I'm becoming more interested in the therapeutic use and introspection into my own life, though I so very wish to share with some of the people around me, I keep to myself about my interest in psychedelics.

Yes, definitely. I've come in contact with people that were into psychedelics a long while back, but definitely wasn't ready for it back then. Lately I discovered the drug use of a friend of mine, which didn't turn me on at first. But then we started to have more 'spiritual' conversations about it and it got interested in psychedelics. It was very special for me at the time to have these conversations because most of my friends don't even want to think or talk about life and happiness seriously.
So I started to listen to lectures as well and came to think that I could maybe start to understand my life and the inner workings of this universe and this reality, through the use of psychedelics. I honestly don't think I was wrong, I think I was spot-on actually. I should thank Terrence McKenna as well.
It was only the first trip I've had I couldn't really call a level 5 trip. They were shrooms. The second trip was with ayahuasca. It pretty much turned my life around. But I went deeper everytime, although it was really, really shocking. Wow. The stuff I've learned, its simply priceless. Unfortunately I went too deep last time and I had to suffer the consequences. I haven't done anything since, but I'm eagerly waiting to start tripping again.

Because if you keep looking, everything eventually leads to the same truth, like a fractal that contains itself in every direction you take it. You will find yourself. I love you. I took shrooms when I was 13, 16 and didnt touch anymore psychs till 20. This last year I really got turned onto LSD. All I can say its like electric, but it has lost its magic over the year of dosing every 1-3 weeks, more common to dose every week in the summer for me than not.

2014 was my first "psychedelic year".
I started it all by taking like ~275 morning glory seeds, freaked me out
About 2 months after that I took an eighth of shrooms and really loved it, (my first shroom trip was so nice), I went on to take shrooms about 5 times (highest was roughly ~4.5 grams, I think) from 2014 to 2015. Within this time I also took mescalin maybe 2 or 3 times, but it was really weak san pedro.
Earlier this year I took acid for the first time, and now have done it twice (100 mics both times)
I took an involuntary break from like june 2015 to june 2016 due to where I was living.

Summer 2014, 3.5g lemon tekked, both made and ruined psychedelics for me. Got sat down and had an ego dissolving, unifying oneness experience convinced myself I was dead and was filled with Wisdom - but also in the same trip experienced my total hell of a living nightmare(being chased by a man on a trip mentally breaking down letting out roars) Haven't been able to dose that high again since, was pretty traumatizing and developed PTSD to that specific person for awhile needed to learn respect first, for myself and the teacher.
I'm finally recovered and have summed up enough courage again(hopefully) my next trip will be 5 grams this time solo in darkness
Easier said than done - a lot of my fears stem from anxiety of something going wrong, which if I'm by myself I can work through that.

First trip was about 3 years ago. LSD. It was such a new, unexpected, and terrifying experience that I didn't even pull anything out of it.
My first "successful" trip though, on mushrooms, was almost one year ago. It was in December.
That trip was technically my second, but it was the one that really opened my mind and started me on the journey that I've been going through over the past year. So this past year has been my "Psychedelic" year. Ever since that trip, about 10 months ago, I've been tripping regularly and heavily. It's been amazing. I've learned so many things from these beautiful tools that I feel like I'm a completely different person.
I've seen and felt things that I never could have imagined even existed. I've seen things right in front of my own eyes that were more beautiful than anything I've ever seen in my entire life. Things so magical that all I could say was "This is impossible. This can't be real. This is too beautiful to even exist."
I feel so lucky to be among the unfortunately small minority of human beings who have experienced the magic that these tools show us. I have a deep appreciation for the world around me and nature. I feel like the universe is on my side and loves me.
I've tripped so much with different amazing chemicals and plants: Mushrooms, DMT, 2CB, LSD, MDMA... And I feel like I'm ready to slow down now and make tripping more of a special thing that I do less often. But still regularly.
And I'm grateful to all of you who guys who experience this magic as well, share your experiences, and help make all of us who have "Been there" feel not so alone.

December 2015 for me. Just harvested my first flush at the time and did 1.5g with my gf and my best friend we had a pretty good time nothing too profound but we definitely got our feet wet.
January 2016 we all did 3.5g shit got too heavy for my friend and my gf, we all had a good time but they didn't want to touch it again. My self, I was in love.
I've eaten about 2 ounces+ since that time, doing mushroom teas, chocolates capsules.
About 5 months ago I ordered some 1p-LSD and 4-aco-dmt experimented with it, took 125ug two times then 250ug. Tried 125ug and 10x salvia, started growing salvia and experimenting with different strengths and extractions and such.
Tried 30mg 4-aco-,dmt a few weeks after the 1p-LSD, it was okay but still prefer shrooms.
Got some 2cb two months ago and tried 10mg,plan on doing 25mg in a few weeks.
Needless to say I plan on doing mescaline and n,n-dmt soon along with revisiting empactogens like MDMA and 6-apb and maybe a few others.
Mushrooms opened me up to the wonderful world of psychedelics and I will be forever grateful and they'll probably be my go to entheogen/hallucinogen.

I wanna say May or June 2015? Tried shrooms, was blown away. Faced many demons. Tried LSD, discovered god.
You can read my trip reports in my signature if you want, but to sum it up I came to understand on a fundamental level why I (and just humans in general) exist. God loves us, we & everything in the physical realm are an extension of him, god wants us only to be happy, that is the ultimate love, etc. Stuff like that. This brought me great relief.

Right on.
I love at the end of mushroom trips, when I'm left with that feeling of myself being an important part of the Million/Billion/Trillion years old evolution of the Universe. And that the Universe (Or God) loves us and supports us.

I started tripping this year. I've taken lsd maybe 7 times. I've become much more positive and leg go easier. I dont open up much but ive Started to open up with close friendships and family members about my psychedelic use and my deeper self in general. It's really been inspirational and positive. Ego death really opened me up.

I can't simply be sure it had to do with 'going to far', but I'm just guessing of course. I mean that since then I, every now and then, am having flashbacks at night during my sleep. It is basically like a trip, but it doesn't give me the rest I get (and need) from regular 'dreaming'. Another thing is, that I can't really masturbate anymore without feeling spaced out and deeply introspective afterwards... Yeah, kind of kills that habit for me. Anyway, I'm starting to get used to the fact that I'm in some 'other dimension' every now and then. I'm not really afraid of it anymore, I mean, we're nothing more than consciousness, who cares in what dimension you reside?

I opened up to my friends and family members as well. It is kind of like you're 'coming out of the closet'. You're telling people something that might not accept you for it, while at the same time is pretty much a defining characteristic of your life. The psychs pretty much saved me and it feels great spreading the love in the form of my truth.

I'm very much a baby psychonaut as of yet. Tripped twice.
What I can say is that I feel much more confident and courageous when it comes to life. Now there's a permanent smile on my face and it's been there since the first trip. I'm also much more talkative and open with others. I've been waiting for feedback from others before saying this and people keep asking me what happened to me lately. It's like somehow I've become very grounded and centered. Nearly unshakeable.
During my second trip I also understood that this Universe supports me fully. This would be hard to explain; maybe some other time. I need time. The second trip is very fresh yet.

I took acid last year, but it was mostly a fun visuals experience, nothing truly psychedelic. This year I tried shrooms a few times, and some DMT as well. The shrooms really forced me to open my eyes and inspect myself and change bad behaviours I was justifying to myself.
I also feel I have more empathy and compassion (although I never lacked in these areas).
I used to not like parties, MDMA changed that. Shrooms made me vegetarian (almost). Overall drugs did me some huge favors and I really appreciate that.

For me it was 1997, i was to young then and was all just for fun, then was 2000 using shrooms, i left again and returned at the start of this year, 2016.
Totally different this time, as i have studied more spiritual and therapeutic used of these things, i use on special days (to me - sabats full moons etc) i meditate on them and find them extremely valuable for so many reasons.
I also use for fun on occasion, as fun is good for us too ^_^ my recent mescaline trip, although gave many personal insights and lessons, told me its no good to take things so serious and that laughter and dance is good for the soul

Was your second trip on mushrooms?
Mushrooms more than any other Psychedelic give me that feeling of the Universe supporting me. It's amazing.
