Habitat: wood chips under a bush in town near an place i have reason to believe people consume them, possibly someone was chewing them and spat in to the garden and the spores grew?
Gills: cream to blueish
Stem: cream with mottled blue and green color
Cap: a few have a distinct nipple and they are as shown in the pictures.
Spore print color: have not done a spore print.
Very important!
Bruising: blue and a little green
Other information: earthy smell. the caps seem very tough compares to similar mushrooms i have come across.

"known only from New Zealand, where it grows on rotting wood and twigs"
Did you find them in NZ? I dont see the tittienipple normally associated with the species. However I see many examples that look like yours. Nice Psych find any how no matter waht they are.

Like you said we need an expert. Why do you suggest these are active when they are obviously Mycena and not active then? What Psilocybes have pure white gills like that? Good thing OP isn't an idiot and ate them cause one guy said a potentially dangerous species is magic.

If you're talking about your photo of the one cut in half, I don't see active bluing in it.

I'm not going to lie I would have probably eaten those motherfuckers and I'm groo. Let's explore for a moment what would happen if those are eaten anybody know. Or would I have taken a bite and realize that they weren't psilosybes by the taste. I've eaten Weilii and cubes
