Watch timeless. It just came out. Made by The shield's creator and a supernatural writer. It has that same charm the shield has.

Been binge watching Shameless. It is hilarious! I've got like 6+ people hooked on it with me. Its on Netflix give a 3 episode probation. I bet some people here would really appreciate it

I used to love stargate universe lol

So much so when they said no season three i emailed them my disgust and told them - every other stargate series you did was a pile of junk, the one decent one and you cancel!?!? Hahaha

Was universe the last one where they are trapped in an alien ship? I liked all the stargates honestly, SG 1 was pretty classic sci fi IMO.

Never watched through Atlantis fully but that seemed interesting as well, and I definitely enjoyed the last one in the ship. I believe that did end with some BS.

Didn't it get canceled or something so they had to end it prematurely? Been awhile, I need to re watch them all...

A lot of the time its not up to the people making the show to stop, not sure if that was the case with this though.

Pretty sure I read about some fanfaction stories online that continue the plot from where the show leaves off  I was tempted to read it when I finished the show.

What did you not like about the others? I haven't watched any stargate in years but I remember each incarnation having its own ups and downs

I just didnt get into them. I do enjoy action and sci fi movies and series, but i loved universe was so upset, i even suggested a way to solve the issue if it was due to actors not wanting to do more :lmafo:

Dunno What came over me that day, ive never bothered abt anything else before  probs thought i was mad lmao hahaha.

Anyone ever catch cuckoo on Netflix?.. Season 1 was pretty good cuz it had a good cast, but then they changed most of main characters on season 2 and it all went to shit.. Had so much potential..

You should give them another try at some point, did you ever watch the movie? Its good to voice your opinion with shows, occasionally enough people will that the show gets revived. Even if it takes years. I think part of the reason I really like universe was the took my favorite aspects of the previous shows and focused in on them.

For example the first show is about the military sending squads through the gate to explore and etc, so while it has a great adventure/ mystery feel it's still very grounded. Then with Atlantis it was more half and half, sometimes they are just trapped exploring the alien facility and other times their is grounding earth stuff.

But with universe from the start they are plunged into the unknown so the whole show was a sci fi adventure mystery drama gold.

:super: that is a catchy song! Never seen those but they are billions of times better then the "bratz" that get marketed to little girls these days.

I remember really enjoying the movie as a kid, I have not seen it in years either though. Yeah I remember that ending now that you mention it, wasn't it right after refueling in a star possibly? I wonder if they felt it would have been too challenging to write the plot for the story past their, but you are right it could have gone in endless amazing directions.

I liked SG 1 becouse they just went from world to world exploring for a lot of the show too, the video quality is much older and worse though sadly.

I am pretty sure I remember them fueling up on a star, they were heading right towards one and everyone was freaking out about it. Then they realized the ship charges up using stars. I remember those pods too vaguely know that you mention it, I forgot a ton too. Got some binging to do I guess, that's sweet you got em burned to disk

Never watched Bottom or Young Ones, I used to watch a ton of random stuff with my mom though  Lost was a memorable one.

True Detective (first season only)
Fargo, both years
The Wire
Bill Maher
Ray Donavon(but I only get to see it when my cable company decides to give me free Showtime)
Deadwood
Rescue Me
The Sopranos
Justified
Sons of Anarchy (but I kind of lost interest at the end cause there was no decent human beings left to root for. My fiend said "Happy" which I agreed with but Happy didn't have a big role. Kurt Sutter, the guy who created the show (Jemma's husband in real life) certainly wrote himself into a horrible role, that took balls.
Sunny in Philadelphia.

Oh I forgot it was movies and TV, I'll do movies next time.
