Contamination issues when going to bulk.

Ok so my issue is I'm getting contamination when I'm transferring jars to mono tubs. I'm spraying lysol all through the air turning off air conditioning and wiping everything down with alcohol. I have had one successful tub that produced around 8 ounces dried, but can't seem to keep it sterile anymore. I was wondering if a hepa air purifier is worth the investment and if there's anything else I can do to prevent contam. I'm going from wbs jars to cow compost coir vermiculite mix all sterilized with pc at 15psi for 90 mins.

You want to pasteurize not sterilize your substrate as far as I know, sterilizing it leaves it vulnerable to contamination.

Also if I use a sab for inoculation is it smart to invest 70 bucks into a hepa air purifier for the bulk transfer portion?

You're not supposed to sterilize manure or it will contaminate. Unless maybe if you're doing pp5's.. which you're not.

Also if you're having issues spawning, using a HEPA won't do shit. Your spawn is dirty. Do agar for clean inoculant.

Hepa won't help clean the air out a little? Should I buy petri dishes with agree or buy the raw agar and make myself?

I have read that pasteurization has a higher chance for contamination. Is this true or just people talking out their ass? And I'm building a sab tomorrow and starting a lc when using the sab do i have to sanitize my workspace outside the sab?

I don't ever see anyone say this. Pasteurize your substrates and sterilize your spawn.

Correct, coir can be sterilized. But when using compost/manure, you should always pasteurize.

If you can't pull off a successful grow lately I suggest against doing liquid cultures. Get into agar. It's much easier to see if your culture is contaminated, and if it is contaminated agar allows you to clean it up with transfers. LCs don't give you either of these luxuries.
You should keep the outside of your SAB sanitary for safe measure, though it's technically not needed. What makes a SAB work is the still air inside of it. Keep the air still while practicing and performing controlled movements while you work. Don't pass your hands over open containers. Nothing should pas over an open containers besides a flame sterilized blade or syringe.
