Other information: hardly any smell to these

The first post is a Psathyrella, the second a Cortinarius. neither are edible.

the reddish one almost looks like leratiomyces ceres, but that seems unlikely at best as it's very rare in eastern north america.
the purple one is a either cortinarius iodes or iodeoides (microscopy would be necessary to separate the two. they can supposedly also be separated by the taste of the slime on the young caps, a method i would advice against)
the last is hygrophoropsis aurantica

I found these growing on a tree in my backyard, I will have more information on this image shortly, going to read through my book first.

Yes, some variation of Trametes versicolor (Turkey tail). Also known as Coriolus versicolor. The false Turkey tail (Stereum ostria) is more petal shaped, hairy, with russet or brownish zones, brownish underside.

These four images are all of the same species that I found today scattered in quite a few different places within about an acre of forest. I will be studying my book tonight and will post results. If you recognize what you see in these pictures, your comments are appreciated.
