BRF cakes: oxidation or mold???

Can anyone tell me if this is mold on my cake? Its blue/green but it looks like oxidation to me. I'm just not sure. But I'm leaning towards oxidation/bruising because its on the bottom of the cake and the fruits seem to be getting crushed.
Not sure why I'm getting so much pinning on the bottom of the cake. Maybe its because the bottom of the cake retains moisture better? I may flip it once I harvest the top.

Cakes don't get oxidation There's some bruising. Looks like the cakes picked up perlite. It the cakes are sitting directly on the perlite they'll get nasty quick.
Don't flip cakes. The mushrooms are smarter than you at being mushrooms. They pinned from the bottom because they think they'll be more successful there because conditions are better there. Rather than flip fix your fruiting chamber so they pin in better spots from the start

I'll remember that for a certain member that told me I was wrong for saying not to flip the cake

Im using a shotgun. It's probably because they got dry (I brought it to a friends house) and when I re saturated the water got pooled in the bottom of the tin foil. So maybe thats why im getting this pinning. I need to get some plastic mesh...
EDIT: When i re-harvest the second flush on these cakes I'm gonna dunk them again and wash the perlite off, put them back in the FC on mesh.

I was under the impression that standing water was a magnet for mold and bacteria. Plastic mesh would eliminate the pooling of water under the cakes unlike tin foil, water would just drain through the perlite. But I'm getting these nice pins so you're probably right about bottom watering.
And although I'm sure it would've been fine after a week I would still rather have someone misting and fanning for me every day. Gonna do a monotub soon anyway.

No if it were a good idea to put them on mesh we'd all do it. The cake soaks up the pooled water, obviously don't leave it for days in a puddle.
