 What do you guys think about this fruting chamber guys?

I'm not complete yet with the chamber but basically its a 50 gallon large container and I'm planning on sealing it completely so no contams get in. There will be 80mm fans with filters on both sides to traffic air through and a flouresant light insalled inside as well. I'm also planning on installing a tube from the humidifier to supply humidity. As for heat it will be fine in my room since its so warm in there. Any advice on this project of mine so far? Oh and I forgot to mention that I will be installing long rubber gloves on the sides so I can get access to the chamber like a science lab glove box.

I will post when Im complete with the chamber, its just a pain in the ass to cut this thick plastic bin (which is clear by the way to see through  )
any suggestion will be gladly taken guys

First of all no need to make gloves for it, thats going overboard on sterility during the fruiting stage.
Advice on cutting the bin is to heat a knife or anything metal up till its hot and it will just burn through like a dream...

well i already have the gloves and I figured might as well install so I can actually move things or by any chance if there is contams i can remove them. All the tools will be put into the chamber before sealing it with window trim sealer. So it wont be open until picking time. And there sure wont be any contams if all goes as planned. What do you guys think about the high ceiling in the chamber? That would most likely effect the humidity level right?

The contam problem is simply not that bad in this stage. but if you are doing it like this you will need a way for the CO2 to escape when the fans turn on.

Save your gloves for an actual glovebox. This will come in handy where sterility is more of an issue.
I think you'll find as you go along that you will be opening your chamber more than you think.

ygya wut u using to cut the plastic? I tried with a cutter and broke the plastic. I was going to try the dremel or a plexi glass cutter.

I'm going to have ofcourse two holes on both sides and one fan inverted so one fan would be pushing in air and other pulling out. Hence there wiill be fresh air flowing right through the chamber.

I'm actually using a rod or butter knife heated from fire and cutting it through like butter. But it takes some time and patience since it takes time to heat it up just right and go back and forth.

have you ever heard of hot-wire? You basically hook it up to a battery, and it gets really hot. They use it to cut foam really accurately. You can buy it at any hobby-shop.

Hey guys how are ya? Just wanted to give you an update on the "Chamber of Doom" my friend had constructed and its progress. He completed and gave birth to the jars roughly 10 days ago and they are pinning so much its unbelieveable! There are 18 casings in total in the 50 gallon tank. He will upload pix soon enough to impress you guys on the success. Its pure genious! This was the casing mix if you would like to know guys:
15 1/2 cups vermiculite
15 1/2 cups peat moss
4 1/2 cups crushed oyster shell
1.2 cups of hydrated lime
15 cups of distilled water (1 cup short of a gallon of bottled water) 16 cups = 1 gallon
this is the usual mix that was listed for the 50/50 mix, however my friend changed something around in the mixture and it was a huge succes. Believe or not Miracle Grow has a bag of soil that has CoCoCoir and Peat Moss mixed in it! So he put in 15 1/2 cups of this soil instead of the just the peat moss. Result? Astonishing! Try it out guys. O_o As of now the babies are about 3 inches tall and very firm straight upward growth.

thanks for the concerns bro but my friend had done thorough research and I believe if you read his posts aobve he spoke about installing filtered fans. Both sides of this chamber has a 1 way fan installed (one pulling in air and the other pushing out air) both sides have filters attached so no contaminated air goes in the chamber. Fresh air is pushed in 4 times a day for 1 hour each session (big chamber so more air exchange) So despite the fact you thought there is no air exchange, this chamber is pretty much perfect. Its completely sealed with silicone all around so only way to access it is through the gloves.
