Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
Spore print color: Very important!
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

I think you have a Panaeolus fimicola. I am not sure because I can not see the stem clearly
Panaeolus fimicola can be found growing solitary to scattered in soil or dung, fertilized lawns and other grassy places
-------------------- Before assuming that any wild mushroom is edible, it should be identified. Accurate determination and proper identification of a species is the only safe way to ensure edibility, and the only safeguard against possible accident. Some mushrooms that are edible for most people can cause allergic reactions in some individuals, and old or improperly stored specimens can cause food poisoning

Not any type of Panaeolus, cap is all wrong for pans.
Some gill shots, and a proper description would be nice.
Your mushrooms are not active though.

It reminds me of Bolbitius, maybe Bolbitius titubans var. olivaceus?
Please provide a better photo of the gills?
