ID help on two species in Michigan ...Panaeolus of some sort?

Hello everyone. Looking to see if anyone can shed some light on what I've found here. Both from a lightly wooded area in south Michigan and appear to be growing on pieces of bark semi-buried in the vegetation. It hasn't rained in 5 or 6 days here & the #1's were looking rather dry with a number of dried & shriveled examples mixed in. No bruising that I could see.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Nice call, after checking google I must say you nailed it ...and thanks for the reply btw.
#1 is Coprinellus micaceus & #2 is most definitely Coprinellus disseminatus, google pics for them are spot on.

Thank you my friend, they are indeed Coprinellus. I don't know how you guys know all these obscure mushrooms but it is impressive! Seems like every post has some new species I've never heard of.
