Activities while coming up...

What do you guys do after you've dosed and while your coming up?
Before the trip kicks in, do you feel like what you do on the come up affects the peak or trip over all?
Like, i kinda feel like if im playing video games on the come up it keeps me from fully immersing myself in the trip. However if im watching a nature doc or something similar that is mentally stimulating the trip takes hold a little stronger.

here are some of the things i do. Music and chat with friends / if no one is around its music and games ( CSGO DABWDOINAWJK xD )

Sitar music. Professional classical indian music.
Chill out and don't look at tv or computer screens. Bad and infantile things make the fractals angry.

I found that getting in a comfy place and listening to relaxing music is a good way to stay immersed when the peak comes.
I dont watch tv or movies usually but one time I did watch a David Attenborough doc about gorillas on the come up which was pretty cool...was also thinking about the stoned ape theory once I started peaking which led to a very deep trip.
I think just doing something that allows you to have some sort of meaningful thought on the come up is the way to go. Whatever that may be for you personally.

After doing almost everything you could imagine during a come up, I have come to one conclusion (or recipe) for success. This process can format your mind frame during the come up and for the duration of the trip, including the peak.
1. BEFORE dosing (1 hr prep) - First get your space set, make sure you have blankets, water, phones off, etc... Then get calm and quiet, ground yourself to the earth for a few minutes (walk outside on the closest thing you can get to dirt, barefoot for 5-10 min) then put you mind in a relaxed state, sit in a calm space, induce a meditative state with complementary music on at a low volume for the next 30 - 45 min.
2. Prepare your dose and route of ingestion, have fun doing it, make sure your music selection is set, then find yourself a folded up blanket. Lay it out in a square on the floor and sit down on it, cross your legs, take slow controlled breaths from you belly. Close your eyes and breathe, then relax, and finally let go of all expectations. Don't fight anything taking you away from your body, this physicality, or what you know to be existence. Maintain this state for at least 30 min or longer. (This will be what you are doing on the come up)
3. Enjoy the trip and let the mushroom have control. BTW .. This method works fantastic on any dosage level.
