https://www.shroomery.org/12510/Psilocybe-semilanceata
Really good page with loads of pictures and information on liberty caps.
Shows them at various stages of maturity and many different variants from different areas.
Next time you go hunting load this up on your phone before you go - it will save you alot of time picking the wrong mushrooms!
When you have some more specimens take some more pictures with the mushrooms spaced out on me papaer and label each one. Sombody will be happy to identify them for you!

Some of those look like galerina blob. Take care.
Dj ed. Mirtazapine has been a wonder drug for me.
When i am triggeed it makes me sleep and tomorrow is another day.
Its a holiday from horrible trauma triggers.
But it dosnt chnage anything. If mirtazapine is the cosy cave in a storm mushrooms are the wizard that brings about that undertabding to move forward.

ah fair enuff, thought u may of been secretly holding out on a several seasoned stash box
blazey, yeh that's right! you can also taste and smell in them mirtaz dreams, what a strange tablet.. pine ... pineal , they defiantly adds a strange lens to the internal galactic core camera.. why I stick to braking 15mg in half as and when now, that was some years back
when i hit it for purpose of dream b4 bed some years back,i use to get excited, knowing how mind bending they were going to be, use to be 80mg, becomes unbearably restless before you enter the sleep though, tiered eyes heavy but artificial and the body tries to assert,b4 the nod off, strange things like being able to see the room with eye lids closed , visions of flying over scenery, like buildings n hills, looking back now I'm crazier nuff to assume its esp from a birds eye - as in real time ,,, but when you do finally fall asleep! those DREAMS ! the plots, the story's , what actual fuck...
ya pay the next day that will say. so as n when nowadays , when I need. half of 15mg still does, but just not as ULTRA VIVID, it became like deception, I would wake to realize nope, this went on till the 7th me was really me...... some of the landscapes were off this world, like was tuning into the eyes of nature on planets around other stars/suns.. just fucking immensely strange

winds need to come from the west of the country for wide spread rains ... so from off of the pacific , across wales , Scotland.england and so on.
at mo its winds from E, and lo winds help keep the rain constant in a day
this chick explains whats blocking the usual winds that are meant to be arriving from the west this time of the year..
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2641181
having said that , these cool temps should bring morning dew which is enough to keep ground reasonably saturated

Thats interesting, Alex Dolan weathergirl mentions the Easterly winds might only last a couple more days ... here's hoping!
Last week I went out walking and only found lookalikes. Today I went out and couldn't even find any of those, letalone caps.
As I got home it started to spit a little ... I got a little excited ... prematurely, because it lasted all of 5 minutes.

SpellBound,
One thing I've learnt from libs is that our body is our house for our conciousness and so if we look after it then it will look after us. The same goes for Mother earth which sustains all life, we have a duty to look after her. A bit like the native American Indian saying about borrowing the earth from our future generation or something like that.
According to 'feeling good' by D.Burns I've got mild to moderate depression, which i've had probably since my teens. I can get out of bed, function pretty good and be social, i accept it as normal
St Johns wort made me laugh after 3 weeks and then after that made me feel a bit spaced out, which i could do without, but does take the edge of 'harsh' life. Valerian "natures valium" didn't do much for me compared to the real thing. Kava Kava is good, a nice body relax , with a good buzz, numb tongue, social and talkative.
My preference for intoxication would be some nice black hash melted in butter or chocolate with some ice cream. Shame about the random drug tests at work.
Nowadays its only a mega dose of vit B12 and chamomile tea. I'd really like to get into meditiation but every time i try i get frustrated after 4 or 5 days. I'm guessing its my ego conditioned to expect results. it should be easy right, just watch the breath come and go, but its the hardest thing i've ever done in my life, and ive tried many many years.
Gonna take very low doses of libs and see how the meditation goes, wish me luck. good luck you guys with the meds, reckon i've got it easy.

Julia. Some of the mindfulness authors say meditation is difficult when you have had past traumas. You adapt to ignore you body sensations including breath. Exposure to them can create resistance. Need to do it teeny bit at a time. Or turn your attention to somthing outside, like a leaf in your hand.
In my experience cubes and libs have been perfect for learning to turn my gaze inwards. Initially sadening that there is so much tention and pain but then more free.
The self compassion books go hang in hand with learning to meditate. Always take some gentle curiosity into a trip with the intention of meeting your body or breath.
The spot i visited yesterday was dry and the libs where small. I find it much harder to ID them. I worry ive picked up a small something else.
Also, the pink sand blows in the wind and sticks to the libs..crunchy!

Hello
Total newbie here!
I'm so grateful to stumble across this forum, such a great source of information and knowledge.
I'm hoping to go picking this weekend if the rain comes here in east anglia. We currently have strong winds and dark clouds above but still no sign of the rain.
If I have any succes I will post pics and hope someone can help me with the ID before I consume anything.
Take care all and happy picking :-)
