I smoked salvia extract today 2

I was very depressed before this trip and smoked salvia asking for healing.
It was a very interesting trip, first thing that happened was my visual field change so I could see that the plant I was looking at and the spaces in between its leaves looked like a patchwork quilt. I realized the empty spaces were just as important as the leafs.
Then I became confused over what I was supposed to be, like I felt like I was supposed to be a human sitting on a log but somehow I felt like I wasn't being that anymore and reality felt like a computer program with salvia acting as a piece of software that takes you down into the programming level.
I then noticed a large number of tiny green little spirit creatures and it was clear to me that their job was to build/uphold certain aspects of physical reality and they were busy doing it. I asked them if they could please heal me. They told me that they were already working on healing me and I was interfering with their work by constantly thinking negative thoughts and blaming outside events for my depressed state of mind. They were friendly little creatures, elf like in nature although they did not resemble elves. Next, they told me to get out my Tarot deck and that an answer would be given to me in the cards. Unfortunately I did not bring my Tarot deck, because I had been so depressed beforehand I just didn't care enough to bring it. They seemed to disapprove of this. So that was rather disappointing. But I know now to never smoke salvia without bringing my deck with me.
Salvia always seems to show me that the things which I think are outside me, are actually inside.
I just felt like sharing this experience.

Wow. That is beautiful.. thank you for sharing that. It makes me wanna relive salvia again. Wonderful man, you're blessed to have such an experience. Perhaps pull a tarot card thinking about that experience? It might yield exactly what you need.

Yeah that sounds about right. Salvia has very healing, anti depressant qualities that have done a lot of healing work on me.
I love how salvia makes reality stir from the emptyness... Like what we see on salvia is always here... Always around... Always with us

Wow dude that sounds beautiful! I've always heard terrifying things about salvia but that sounds downright like the qualities of a proper entheogenic journey. "They told me that they were already working on healing me and I was interfering with their work by constantly thinking negative thoughts and blaming outside events for my depressed state of mind" Being able to see this is really one of the most liberating experiences I've had with entheogens.

Take time to analyze your trip, It's not always the way you want to be healed to what you get.
Salvia is my drug of choice, respect it and it'll respect you back, no doubt. Buy the ticket, take the ride, expand your mind.
Think about it, be in awe.

thats really cool and sounds insightful, what strength of salvia were you smoking? I want to smoke salvia one day but it scares me a bit, guess I just need to be really careful about set, setting and dosage

Have a sitter who knows psychedelics.
Set&setting wise do the best you can.
Go into the experience with a good reason.
Let go completely.

I don't know lol, I had 20x but cut it with plain leaf down to about 12x to make it last longer. But then I put the bag of plain leaf inside the bag with the extract and a hole formed in the plain leaf bag and more plain leaf spilled into my extract, so it was probably around 8 or 9x.
What I have found with salvia is that it is probably going to be scary your first few times. It comes on so fast and warps reality in such unexpected ways that you would need to be the most brave, intrepid tripper to not get scared. But after you do several trips (and they only last 10 minutes) and you come out ok every time then the fear starts to leave and that's when it gets interesting.
I smoked more today and had another good experience. This time I smoked 2 bowls and went pretty deep. I had an encounter with a different being this time, a singular entity with a profoundly loving presence. It may have been God or an angel of some kind. I complained to it that my life was just suffering, that I was a failure and didn't want to live anymore. It surrounded me with its loving presence, it loved me like a parent and there was no feeling of being judged for my mistakes. It explained to me that I was already doing a lot of good just by being here, that I did not need to worry so much or keep thinking about the future but just take life moment by moment and simply being present was what was most important. It told me that I was loved and it showed me some images from my childhood before I had forgotten what was important in life. It's love felt so good that I did not want to return, and even though I feel better after this trip I still want to just go be in that love vs live this stupid earth life of pain and suffering.

Salvia is out of this world and very special in my opinion.
Too bad they crashed it's potential to help save people from themselves. I think it is one of the best psychedelics ever. When I first smoked it I was still for the duration, sitting "indian style", but wanted to thrash around in a way. Like the guy in the video I am posting does. It's a hell-a interesting video.
So here is one of the most interesting salvia videos on youtube long before they banned the drug. A schizophrenic smoking salvia. These are not your average hipsters either, so it is extra cool to watch. To hear him try to explain it afterward is really neat. It is violent(disturbing to some viewers) and conversely, it's somehow beautiful to watch if you have "been there".
A real adult person who doesn't have the mind of a child, smoking real strong salvia extract. It is really intense to watch.

I'm sorry to post it almost, but people will get a kick out of it if watched in full. It seems like an intimate moment that should not be on film(it should be), but these guys don't give a fuck so they posted it. I regret that he hits his head and they never told him to take his shoulder-bag off before smoking it.
I just think it is a best representation. I have a friend who reacts much like this but nobody is ever there to see it. Thank god really.
People should smoke it in an open field. Not somewhere with all kinds of trash and furniture around. I just think it's a great short "documentary"

I have harvested a few leaves from my plant and dried them, have a small amount of extract also. Think i will try soon with the plain leaf and see what happens ^_^

I've had so many good times in the forest smoking leaf and getting really out there. Nothing like a good 5x extract even, but fleeting moments resembling a high dose dmt type drug. Like 7 grams of mushrooms for a few short minutes with a wonderful lingering effect.
Plain leaf is no joke if you know how to smoke things and hold it in.
A single fat cloud worth of plain salvia-leaf held in the lungs for 20 seconds at sunset is crazy. It's fun when the smell and taste becomes a part of you. And then breaths with you and your surrounding environment.
I learned eventually to chew a gram or less while adventuring. Sublingual salvia is also amazing, and especially useful on mushrooms. I have found it to be the best additive ever aside from other longer lasting psychedelics.

Yeah definately. The filmer was mostly interested into filming whatever could happen with that setup vs giving a friend a good initiation to the thing.
i never broke the salvia barrier even after trying multiple times with 5x extract and butane. Felt body buzz but nothing near like this video even with bic lighter.
Btw OP i love your second trip. Looks like you met your gardian angel trying to keep you hope and focus. I truly believe myself we chose our life in some way and threw suffer we elevate somehow. I know how biblical this shit sounds but so cues, small ones and big ones, out there in our lives that tends to validate this statement.
simple suggestion : be nice to someone and see how it feels. i feel like im a good person and sometimes i got months doing my usual stuff, get very bored/depressed and all of a sudden i get into a situation where i put myself to good use and take care of someone or a group of people and feel like i get born again.
you just met a very special one that seems to care about you with deep love... what makes him so strong and powerful? what he is or what he does?

just read your trip one more time.
it's good to be loved. only thing stronger is giving back this love, which bring more love in return.
open yourself to others. be that non-judging caracthere that cares. experiment.

I cannot believe how much these trips have altered my entire perception of reality.
Has anyone else had their understanding of reality radically altered by salvia?
