Help! Mushroom caps turn blackish/dark blue when dehydrated

Today I flushed a couple B+ cake receiving around 50 grams wet. I went ahead and put them into my NuWave infrared oven which has great dehydrating capability so I've read. The heat has been set lower (around 135F or power level 2) and the were only in there for about 5 minutes when the caps turned very dark. I wouldn't call it black but extremely dark-blue. The stems themselves are staying a pretty normal color besides the minor bruising from handling. I'm worried I may have destroyed these shroomies. They're not large but were ready to pick. I picked some the other day and began to dry them under a fan for about 10 hours. When I had done some research and found the NuWAve oven was okay to use as a dehydrator, I put them in there on the same temp for about an hour. They came out looking great and cracker dry. Now this batch I picked today went straight into the dehydrator. Was that a bad idea? I'm still very new to all this and had to try this method out. I just don't want to get sick off of a bunk batch (if possible). It really seems like drying it under a fan and then putting them in with a desiccant would be the way to go to avoid this issue. I'm not sure though. Input would be greatly appreciated!

Probably the alkaloids in the mushrooms oxidating leading to a blue colour, no need to worry

Alright, so I assume for the rest of my grows, if I choose to dry them this way, they'll always come out like that? They're pretty unappealing to look at but if they do the trick, then I'll deal.

I plan on getting a nice dehydrator as soon as I realize the NuWave might not work. It's essentially working on the same principle just not designed solely for dehydrating. I read here that it would serve the same purpose and others have used it with no issues. Also, I went to goodwill and Savers yesterday and neither of them had dehydrators. Thanks for your input.

My caps and stems never turned black or blue when i dehydrated them. They stayed the typical golden cap white stem color. They turn blue when i touch their stems or when i cut off a cap for spore prints. Did you pick the mushies when spores were getting ready to drop? That could be the reason for the black caps. Or you could be burning them......hard to say with no pictures.

Your mushrooms don't oxidize due to their alkaloid content?
Psh... Geez Inocuole...
Maybe you've got some bunk-ass non-oxidizing mushrooms...
