i have some in vitro goodies that i birthed yesterday, no idea how long they were colonizing. 2-3 weeks probably or even more, i thought they were contaminated because they started pinning in their glasses like crazy but apparently not! still keeping and eye out for those motherfuckers, 6 of them total.

also some WBS (for the second time, last one failed horribly years ago) and jar lids that i made with tyvek + silicone. they were inoculated yesterday with an MS syringe i made. the far left most one was also inoculated with 2ml syringe of an unknown origin, friend gave me the print. the syringe was dark as hell and seemed like there might have been some mycelium floating in there... we'll see, wish i could get you better pictures of the grains themselves, the moisture content seems perfect! so happy!
sorry for the blurry pics again, just wanted to contribute something to this awesome thread, daily lurker here.

I wish you the best if you used syringes you made for those grains. If you are continuing these felonies might as well do it right and get you some agar

what's a felony? not sure that's a thing on this side of the globe but thank you for the tip, i'm working on that! also they are 500ml jars, i'm working with a small PC and couldn't find 1000ml jars that would fit in my PC more than one at a time. adapt and overcome!

Lovin these PE big gulps. First time I've ever successfully gotten some good PE fruits. This is just from harvesting two of them, three more to go tomorrow morning when the rest of them finish plumping up.

Closest thing to a "canopy" I've ever had. Tiny mushrooms. But all uniform and identical looking.
MS PES Hawaiian to WBS. Trays, one jar spawned to 1:1 coir/verm, this is two of three trays, the other tray is making larger mushrooms, slower.
These two trays in the pic got right at 300g wet.

Nice trays nobody likes a spore dump but I do enjoy the look of the swirl patters for some reason.

I know it isn't really a lot compared to what some of you guys post on here, but I was pretty proud of these big mushrooms as this is my second grow. Just harvested these fresh.

I had an even better plate from the same batch of transfers. Accidentally dropped it and the petri shattered... Never had a dish break in to so many pieces before! RIP

The fruits on two of my ksss monos were so small I shaved the top of of the subs to make way for a better 2nd flush and this is what I got. They both put out some big fruits but the one behind the lighter is a monster compared to most ksss fruits I've gotten so far. Probably fit in the palm of my hand. Yeah it's got some bacteria but I'll be tossing these into the compost pile after harvest. The other tub is OI that I put into fruiting conditions recently.
