3 B+ WBS multispore croir/verm monotubs - opinions?

I used a b+ syringe straight to wbs jars. Then I took the two best jars and made 7 Quarts from one and 12 Quart jars from the other. Spawned the first 7 Quarts to one tub and 6 each to the other two.
I was planning on introducing the first tub to FAE in a couple more days. Take a look and let me know what you think! I will continue posting photos.
These photos are of the first 7 Quart tub the other two still have a while to go, so I will post photos of them later.

Ps The tubs are at around 80 to 83 degrees should I go ahead and lower it to the mid 70s?

PS - Don't put MS->grains.
Hes right about everything but
Ps The tubs are at around 80 to 83 degrees should I go ahead and lower it to the mid 70s?
Yes go ahead and lower room temp is fine and light is beneficial to all stages of mycelium

MS -> agar -> whatever grain/seed is the preferred method. (Followed by G2G, or whatever, as long as the culture is cleaned on agar first)
The problem with ms -> grain/seed is that spores are collected (and grown) in open air. Open air has all sorts of nasties like mold and bacteria. Inevitably some amount of those nasties end up in the spores and then in the spore syringe.
With agar you can spot them before they overtake the cubensis, then you can isolate the cube myc from the contams. If you go straight from spores to grain, this is not the case. You're likely to get bacteria, if not mold.
Bod's excellent guide to agar: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21922023

Careful with those preordered plates. I did the same thing and they were waaaaay too nutritious. My myc was fluff balls that grew nowhere.
Definitely not worth.

I've been using these ones: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UB01AQ2 I think they're vented, but they've been working great for me.
I've seen cheaper packs of 500 that other members posted, so hopefully someone can chime in with a link to those. You can buy packs of 20 from many of our sponsors, but it's more expensive to buy those small packs in the long run.
There are ones with dividers, but I hate them. More effort to pour and the dividers don't really do much.
Make sure to pick up some parafilm also (2" wide roll). You can get rolls on Amazon or from one of Shroomery's sponsors.

What do you use the parafilm for? Taping around the dishes to seal them?

Yes it is for sealing the dishes. I would never do agar plates without parafilm. I love it and I recommend to use it. It helps a lot.

cheapest i have found is lcmlab.com, they have em in several sizes, the ones i get are around 50 for 500 vented, and they have really great deals on "teaching kits" that are little per-student sets of measuring beakers, etc, that are a steal. lots of good stuff, great prices
there are several science stores that sell less than 60$ for 500 vented, and the cheapest ones often sell out (lake charles lab restocks quite often). but yeah pretty much any supplier, as long as you are buying by the 500 case, it is waaaaaaay cheaper than buying a sleeve at a time, even if you paid $100 for it. i suggest getting a case + some good cheap glass and plastic labware till you hit the free shipping threshold at one of the science stores (or just go amazon/ebay). it saves so much time and money in the end it is crazy to buy less than 500 at a time, i wasted so much time and money lol
and parafilm is gods gift to lab techs. it is used for all kinds of stuff, but we chiefly use it for sealing the petri edges. lol i wasted a BUNCH that came with a yeast culture kit i had laying around, i read that it needs to be stretched so i stretched the whole sheet lol... i used to do tiny ziplocs exactly same size as petris, inside bigger ziplocs. that was soooo time consuming, now i just do parafilm and put inside a ziploc for extra protection
here is a great video that cleared up my misunderstanding of how to use parafilm:
