Starting to get paranoid about people

Well, first of all im hooked on antipsychotics.
Altough it calms the racing thoughts it doesnt make anxiety disappears.
Im struggling right now..In september I got back to college after 2 years break and the last few days I became paranoid about what people say as if it weren't them who were talking but other people I've been hanging with. I know people not always know what they say and I assume its like other peoples minds talking for them.
But nothing too scary.
The scary part is that a lot of the people who are new students at my old college where im in now remind me old colleagues that already graduated.
And even more scary is that even on the streets I see people very similar to teachers and people that I know but I dont communicate with them for a while.
Its this a disease or its just the full dynamics of the world working naturally. Should I change fully my life and move to other place and start my life over again? Is this written in the bible or the quoran?
thanks

Definitely schizophrenia. My old symptoms exactly.
I thought I was imagining a guy who kept trying to be mates at university, also.
If someone criticizes you or calls you a name are you unable to handle it at all? Like whatever they say is true.
Have a look in the Philosophy forum for a discussion of alternative mental illness explanations/treatment.
I was deeply schizophrenic, now I am almost cured and have certain abilities.
Don't discount it entirely, it could be a shamanic illness, the emergence of shamanic understanding.
Stay on antipsychotics if they help, but usually they are quite a detriment.
John Nash refused antipsychotics and was recovering nicely (until his car crash, unrelated)
edit - John Nash said his schizophrenia led to his mathematical discoveries.

Sorry for answering with such delay but I kept my calm after writting my post and after reading your reply--`
After I had this glimpse of the world I got on some theories that dont necessarily are explained by schizophrenia.
Definetly I have to agree that sometime and another I would be terribly shocked if someone criticizes me. and yeah I was giving freely and not questioning allowance to every person to injure me verbally and like you said everything that other people told me was true.
Im still hooked on antipsychotics but I believe now that im totally cured because somehow they rebuilt personality and self trust in my being, also because college demanded me to test my power and knowledge bymyself comparing with other people that are healthy.
I guess it has to do as well with some spiritual event, because I only got better with the help of antipsychotics after 10 or 11 months taking it, and because now things started to become more understandable and now Im more comfortable with change and eventually death!
I dont think I was ever schizophrenic but my doctor told me that I could have it and I think I have the symptoms you mention.
You have got some solid points

my doc was a fucking quack made me stay 10 days after he told me it'd be one or two
runs up a 6000$ med bill and then after I say i don't want to take pills I'm forced into taking them and they do all sorts of fucked up shit to their body
then I see him at a bar haning out with the cops and I make a joke like 'this place is dead after work' and he sends the cops to my house to try to take my guns away
i'm driving to school and he turns his wheels torwards me while he's not moving so i lean to the right a little he tries to drive into me then says I'm paranoid, fucking indian crack fuck
