Sad music is killing me!

I am becoming more and more sensitive to the music when I’m on shrooms. Last time I was listening to Enigmatic Hits collection. Superb music, but some of it have hints of sadness. That was enough to catapult me to some hell of sadness. I started to think about person I love who have serious medical problems at the moment. I imagined that she is dying. I was crying like never before, not able to stop for hours and hours… On the pick of the trip I actually lost my mind. It was fully paralyzed with sadness, I was not able to think, and just one phrase was keep ringing in my head…
Finally I was able to get up and I took 2 tablets of Tavegil (clemastine). Usually 1 tablet is enough to stop the trip and get me asleep within 20 minutes, but now I was still awake and tripping for at least another hour.
Later I was reading a book and come to the phrase “We cannot be more sensitive to pleasure without being more sensitive to pain”. Alan Watts That phrase reassured me. I was seriously considered to stop tripping. But I’m sure would like to try and feel some pleasure as intensive as this sadness!
I will be very careful choosing music for my next trip. It has to be super positive music. Any suggestion?

Dr. Dre sounds like a great go.
I would smoke some weed, though, to listen to the Chronic, heh heh, ya know.

Even though that is Jeff Beck and probably some jan hammer, it still sounds like a wet fart and not what dude was looking for probably.
Kidding, but seriously.
Classical music and jazz is often very uplifting. Listen to some Bach. Some solo pieces.
No reason to be listening to sad music while tripping. I like Radiohead, but unless I wanted to get all sad about it, I'll leave those twisted and awesome minor-key fuckers off my playlist.

Nobody knows who these guys were it seems. The Pharaohs Good neutral vibes. Some very tribal music and soul. They were ridiculously good and never too wordy.
James Brown instrumentals?
Uplifting and there is no better music really at that level.

Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquín Rodrigo is absolutely spellbinding to me while tripping.

I put the original recording on my mp3 player with over the ear headphones wrapped up naked in a blanket and watched a blizzard for 4 hours. It was breathtaking and emotional.

sometimes it's not the music, I know in my case I have experiences of deep sadness -like utter despair- on psychedelics, and in those states the happiest of songs just sound hollow and empty, almost more sad for their feigned cheer that's the stuff that scares me, the 'uh oh did I just trigger something latent...' moments
