Tastiest/ healthiest soda alternatives

Kombucha is one of my favorites but I have a new one that is practically a sugar free healthy cultured soda.
They have 5g of sugar a bottle, all naturally from the juice used and use a stevia extract.
Normally stevia drinks taste weird to me but the little bit of juice sugar helps give it a much more realistic taste.
The Cherry Vanilla is my favorite as it has a super rich smooth taste but the orange one is also delicious

add some of those flavor drop things if you have to.
I use to drink a fair amount of those, the blood orange one is delicious. They are pretty damn sugary though and are basically carbonated soda juice
Definitely a step up from actual soda though

I occasionally drank those in high school, probably also a step up from soda but I still found them pretty gross in the end

You da man They don't taste crazy sweet like soda but they have such a rich natural flavor. The cherry one really is like drinking a smooth carbonated vanilla cherry Probably becouse it is just cultured water kiefer and juice, it has tart morella cherry juice as well as cold pressed rainier cherry extract and vanilla bean extract. They are organic too which is probably part of why they are 2.50$ a piece so I only get them occasionally They are easily one of my new favorite beverages though as they taste great and actually give me a nice healthy boost instead of a soda crash.

The only reason I drink soda is for the caffeine, don't particularly like the sugariness in sweet sodas like cream soda and orange and sprite and stuff. So I might drink Coke Zero if I'm at a restaurant or something. Otherwise I just drink coffee, tea and water. Don't drink too much juice.
I don't mind soda once in a while, but I keep it out of my house or else I'll drink a lot of it. And I usually only get diet stuff these days if I do. I try to avoid too much added sugar. I'll eat bread and pasta and stuff, but I'm not super big on sweets and deserts.

Ever try mate? They have sparkling ones that are pretty tasty and have a great caffeine buzz. Much stronger then tea.

I haven't, but funny you mention it. I've only just read about it like a week ago.
I'm thinking of buying ephedra sinica, yohimbe and yerba mate to mix into some kind of tea blend. Read it's a pretty good combo just a week or so ago.

I'd say water as well. Sometimes if I find myself looking for an energy rush, I can drink a couple big cups of ice water and it will pick me right up. I think I get dehydrated and it can really bring me down. When I was riding my bicycle a lot, water played a huge part in how I felt. It was basically like fuel. I drank and used so much, my body soaked it up quick and it ran through me, flushing everything along the way. I am more sedentary now and it isn't quite the same, but those days really gave me a glimpse of how important water is. I was very in touch with my body and could tell pretty quickly when I needed a drink.

Don't know much about Yohimbe, I want to say its a natural aphrodisiac though possibly? Mate is pretty strong on its own though, comparable if not stronger then coffee IMO as it doesn't take much to brew a strong cup of it. Still yet to try ephedra but I imagine that would be a potent blend, you will have to report back how it goes
