Having got that off my chest...you will probably have success with what you have if you just leave it be. Take away the pump, probably add a little more perlite, and make sure holes are on ALL sides of that container. Put something to keep the bottom of the container raised off of any surfaces. Put it in a room that has ambient light and a little air movement. Dont baby it and dont micro manage it. Use your time now to get a trusted tek going.

Don't feel bad. Most of us on here have tried modifying teks before we understood the basics. I had three major fails before I had any success, all because of trying my own thing instead of what the pros were saying.

NP. If you just want a few cakes going and you want guaranteed results with no fuss and no muss...
knock cakes up in half pint jars. Keep the jars in a room with ambient light DO NOT open until you see mature mushrooms formed.
I swear as long as they dont stall, they dont contaminate and the mycelium colonizes the cake 100% they will pin and mature in the jars easy pleasy. It really doesnt get easier or cheaper than this. They come out all fucked up but it works. After one flush, dunk em in water for a bit and put in that doodad you constructed and you will probably get some more.

Since you're not following the standard for a SGFC, your results will vary and a lot of people are going to give you shit. Just realize that you're doing an experiment and that's okay, even if your results suck you'll learn from it. However, it could workout nicely with a good results.
It's a tedious task for others to assess your situation and give you the exact (or many) issue that might be the cause for the delay in the pinning process because of the many variables involved and the lack information that you have provided in your original post.
Maybe it's a genetics issue? How long did they take to colonized the substrate? How long did you let them consolidate before fruiting? How many times, on average, a day are you misting? Are they drying out a little or a lot before misting?
I think with your setup you're getting enough FAE with that pump at the bottom and all the holes you have in the FC. If you're going to see this experiment through, I would wait it out and just make sure that some of the moisture has a chance to evaporate off those cakes. Then, mist 'em and don't ever worry the humidity in the FC unless you're living in a super dry area. The cake having enough water within (dunking) it and on the surface (misting) is most important but you don't want the cake to be super wet all the time.
Remember that you dunked your cakes so they should have the needed water to form pins. You just need to lay off the misting some if there is no evaporation occurring in the FC.
Just have patiences and enjoy the experiment. You'll get something out of it. Good Luck.
After this experiment, try out Violet's Pod Tek.
