Strange fruit: Please help with ID

I thought these were cubes--penis envy but they look very bizarre compared to others I have seen which look well like penises.

Details: Spore syringe to agar to popcorn to coir/verm/cow poo casing. Colonized in 5 days, great looking pin set and then this, now 5 days after pinning.

Wow that's really crazy yet beautiful looking.
I want to follow this thread just to see what the more experienced guys have to say.
You probably should have posted this in the ID forum though.

Well. If those are cubes. (Assume they are) they're the most bizarre I've ever seen.
Nice job.

They are fine to eat IMO. They look like cubes still.
I'd harvest them now though. Looks like trich starting to form on some of your caps.

Yeah I was thinking they look like KSSS but very cool whatever they are. Never seen ridged stipes like that. Reminds me of hot air balloons or pumpkins lol.

Glad somebody said this, my heart started to beat kinda fast when I made it a few posts in and nobody recognized that pheno... That's when you know you might be a mushroom nerd... Weird that PE did it somewhat consistently. Assuming it is PE...

So I agree after having searched for KSSS--that was news to me, but pretty certain that they are PC as all the other stuff I ordered were well known edibles. As suggested gonna harvest but almost hate the idea of dehydrating as they are just so interesting looking. It will be interesting to see what haappens with subsequent flushes. I don't even see spores on these....
If anyone has a minute I'd like to learn more about the KSSS story.

It's definitely KSSS and when the caps curl up like that they are ready to be picked by the way

I've yet to grow out any mutated KSSS.
Had it three different times. The first time produced a few mutants. The other two times looked like normal cubes. I'd love to get a mutated print.

I have some KSSS on grain but its lineage is through some well known Canadian cultivators on here. I haven't grown it out so I can't be sure, but it's supposed to just produce normal fruits.

They look so juicy This mutation is definitely on my must grow list But yeah it's a matter of luck, some people who grow this strain get regular fruits. Some get mutated fruits and regular on second flush and some get mutations for all their flushes. I know if I get a mutant I'm cloning that fucker and growing out a tub

Yeah. I just wedge dropped it today and I'm excited to finally grow it out. I've had it sitting around for a long time and finally got around to doing something with it.

OK, but happy he did as these are far more gnarly than anything else I have grown--assuming that is, potency is on a par with other strains. Appreciate the help guys. So if subsequent flushes sporulate, I may get this again?? I still have a bit of this on grain, and of course the original syringe. Tissue culture is an option I can explore as well if that's the way to ensure future gnarliness.
