Hello, my first rye berry spawn attempt. I am not sure if these are ready or not. All the rye berries are stuck together and do not move. Some help would be great!
Here are 3 photos: http://www.screencast.com/users/kentbigdog/folders/Default/media/54909ec7-3e17-4542-905a-0e3f85691217
I did a search and had no luck. Thank you so much.

What was so difficult about uploading photos here? 15 different ways? WTF
Seriously, all you do is go here: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/upload.php?action=upload pick your files, and then click upload.

I'm going to let someone else comment on the actual pictures, but here they are so others don't have to click off-site.

Thank you for being so kind and helping me. I am a older retired nurse and I am terrible with computers. But, if someone is sick or dying I know what to do. lol

Looks weak to be honest. There are still some poorly colonized grains there. I would shake those and observe how they recover. Certainly do not expand them. If they recover in less than 2 days they would be okay for spawning.

Wasn't trying to be too brash or anything, sorry if I seemed that way.
I have a lot of respect for nurses, they put up with so much shit (sometimes literally lol).
You'd be surprised by the amount of people who make a single post, don't post pictures (or post them improperly), take the advice given and then never return again.
I agree with Pasty about them looking weak. I was just waiting for someone else a bit more experienced to come along and comment.

Oh, all is well. Thank you for all the help. I am just trying to learn how to grow medicinal mushrooms. They work so much better than pills. Very powerful.
I inoculated these with MS about 6 weeks ago, they took forever to become solid. I know I need to use agar to get a good culture but read that MS would work.
Anyway, I will shake them up and see what happens, lol
Thank you, you sweet guys
