My aunt found this plant in KY and I was hoping for an ID

MY Aunt was in KY for vacation a few weeks ago and she said she found this bush she thought I'd like so she dug up some smaller pieces and brought them home with her.

I was thinking Mimosa because at night it closes all it's leaves but my aunt said it was in the form of a bush. As you can see it has little seed pods on each of the plants so I'm guessing it's an adult plant at such a small size.
Anyways any help IDing would be greatly appreciated

Mimosa pudica or sleeping plant No good for dmt extracts, but a cool little plant.

That was my original thought when I saw the plant but the leaves don't close when you touch them. They only close when the sun starts to fade down
Are there any others similar out there?

If not maybe partridge pea? When it flowers you will definitely be able to nail it down.

Partridge pea sounds about right, but flowers or better specimens would prove this for certain.

Albizia julibrissin is most likely what is is,as it closes it's leaves at night, and is an epidemic in Kentucky.

You have seen it a million times, people just call them Mimosa trees, even though they aren't.

And now I've come to the conclusion that it is probably just a partridge pea plant.
