Wait. Patience. 3 days in fruiting conditions is not that much time.

they're in an improperly built fruiting chamber
the fruiting chambers that use perlite need holes in all 6 sides. 1/4 inch holes in a 2 inch grid pattern. there's clearly not enough or no holes in your chamber, there should be some visible in the picture on the plastic wall(red plastic wouldn't be my first choice either)
if there's no holes under the perlite air can't flow through the perlite and get humidified, perlite sitting in the bottom of a tub with no holes is useless, may as well not even be in there,
the squares of foil the cakes sit on should only be big enough to support the cake. you don't want to cover up the perlite with any more footprint than you need to.
follow the PF tek directions to the T. it makes no sense to do all this hard work and make nice cakes only to sabotage them by winging it when it comes to fruiting them.
also you skipped the dunk and roll clearly.
so maybe your PF tek did not tell you to dunk and roll your cakes, which means you're not reading an official recommended PF tek you're instead reading one that was re-wrote by a noob.
3 days is no time at all to worry anyway though
the "let's grow mushrooms" PF tek or Evilmushroom666's PF tek(posted on this site) are the only two that are published correctly

The more airflow you provide the perlite and the chamber the MORE humidity you will keep. Relative Humidity in the open areas of your chamber doesn't really matter, it's all about the humidity that is found right at the cake level. Proper misting and a properly rolled cake will provide this micro-climate automatically-while proper FAE will allow the process to start again.
Your "I don't want to open up holes cause I'll lose humidity" statement is hurting your grow immensely.

No one was a dick. If people helping you, for free, to actually grow more mushrooms with your efforts is being a dick then I don't know what to tell you.
Don't go with your own noob thinking Why you think your logic is better than decades of experience is in itself bad logic.
The cakes only need 90-99% humidity very close to their surface. The chamber humidity should be 50-70% or so. Water needs to evaporate off the cakes to create the humid microclimate for pin formation. If your chamber is uniformly humid the cakes cannot evaporate. Fresh air is far more important than humidity for good performance. Your cakes would do better on your countertop than in a sealed chamber.
Also air needs to flow thru the perlite for it to be of any use so without bottom holes you may as well not have perlite in there at all.
You're not physicist nor are you a mushroom cultivator yet. So empty your brain of preconceived notions and theories so that there's room for learning. Otherwise you'll be "holding humidity in" and getting horrible results

I don't get easily offended it's just I don't get talk down to pepole that aren't as good as me in skating or in basketball I incurge them even if there still not doing it right so yes it's kinda being a dick this my first grow and I had no money to really put in to it so just the fact I have 3 cakes with pins is pretty good in my opinion
