guys i have a few cakes that either have some type of cobweb mold that is growing on the pins or it this actually myc???

Looks like maybe bruising? Looks kinda gross to me but hell if I know.

100 percent definitely not cobweb though.

bruising? not even a blue tone..if you look at the biggest pin on the side it was some white on the cap

I circled the area that looks bruised to me.
Unless my eyes or screen are fucked it definitely looks blue.



As for the white stuff on the pin, looks like myc. :shrug:

Cobweb looks puffy and disorganized, nothing like myc or most other molds I've seen.
You don't have cobweb.

Once again though, I don't have the experience to comment on this cake.

I've read if they abort then they will revert back to regular myc.
Not sure if that's the case here or if something else is at play.

Someone else want to comment?
