Help identifying a specimen in NW England
    #23699832 - 10/02/16 10:49 AM (7 years, 3 months ago)

Habitat:
In a park environment in a NW UK Park.
Growing at the base of a tree in shortish grass on a flat field.

Gills:
Colour Peach, attached to the mushroom. Flat top.

Stem:
Length about an inch or slightly more.
Diameter of a couple of milimetres
Peach in colour
Dry, non slimy and slighty wet (although the grass was wet so this is the likely reason)
Hollow and thin

Cap:
Diameter a third of an inch
Lighter peach than the rest of the shroom
Circular and about a third of an inch

Spore print color:
Not yet checked, will do so and post an update later.

Bruising:
None apparent. There is a slightly lighter, whitish area to the top of the cap. I'm unsure if this is bruising or its natural colouring.

Other information:
The mushroom smells very earthy (reminiscent of mushroom shakes that I had in Pai).

Photos attached.

Thank you very much in advance for any assistance.

Laccaria sp., maybe L. laccata.
