yes I believe it is.  will the stem wrap around your finger?  spore color?

Picture isn't good enough, but I'll suggest an inactive Panaeolus sp. due to the stem color.

If possible, take macro shots of all the vital features including gills and stem.

Your camera is trying to focus on the background instead of the mushroom.  Set it down and take a picture of it, see if that doesn't bring it in focus.
