Azure indoor grow

Howdy im a newbie some buddies gave me a couple needles 8 random cubenis and one azure needle.
all the cubes are in PFtek jars either colonizing or no signs of any action, my first shot at cultivating was with golden teachers they fully colonized PF tek jars mixed em in a bulk substrate from midwest grow kits been 2 weeks and nothing
The same time i was reading how much of a pain azures are to grow,I have a bunch of stuff laying around from brewing beer or growing cannabis so i thought i would give it a shot.
I made a liquid culture of the azures with beer malt injected a couple PFtek jars they took off at room temp.
I used a styrofoam cooler with a lid in a wine chiller with a glass window, the cooler was filled with coir verm wild bird seed subcools supersoil cardboard and a big bag of alder chip. i buried the azure cakes in the cooler and sprayed some culture on the cardboard for the hell of it.
its been 30 days, I peek in and what i believe is growth.
Is this mycelium?
Just wait until fully colonized pop off the styrofoam lid mount a light shining window set for 12/12?
Ive read you toss em in a freezer for a few hours or over night to induce fruiting, is this true?
I have T5's for growing seedlings and clones with timers laying around.
Well if anyone could give some advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it's certainly not azurescens mycelium. Unfortunately, that cooler is trash.
Got any pics of your colonized cakes?

.
-------------------- The biggest trip of my life was realizing all of the events and actions described in posts made by this account were never real and had never actually happened, but were instead the delusional ramblings of a severely mentally ill human being. I just had to move on for my own good. I love you all.

Considering it's already covered in mold, it seems like a bit of a waste of an azure syringe to me..
If you're a self admitted noob you A. Shouldn't be messing with azures just yet. B. Should not be making LC. Learn agar before LC so you're not playing with fire.

A.B.+C. Is not always as easy as 123 but it can be, just UTSF and read lots, take notes to steepen the learning curve. Get some agar, practice good sterile work, make some clean spawn, spawn some tubs, and eat 50+ grams of fresheys. That will turn the learning cruve into a cliff you will be on top of.
