The Hawks trading Korver to the Cavs is fucking disgusting. The NBA is total fucking bullshit.

Old comment, but what is wrong with a trade?

Free agency stacking teams up is over the top, but trades seem fair play to me.

Not only do they lose their go to 3 point guy but they give them to a team that's already unbeatable. Good for Korver, he can enjoy the open looks he'll get with Cleveland but aren't the Hawks supposed to at least pretend to care? Maybe they should also forfeit the rest of the season's games so they'll be fresh when those extra draft picks come in next year since it's all about the future. As a fan, am I supposed to actually watch this shit? If they don't care why should I?

Oh elax always so wound up and dramatic, smoke more weed.

I thought Westbrook getting dropped was funny. Lebron getting dropped and made fun of by Draymond was better though.

You still think I'm a Warriors fan? That game was just background noise to the Sharks-Kings for me last night.

Really I just like watching high-level basketball. It's the only sport I've never been super attached to any team. I like Sac but I don't pay attention to them when they suck. And when I was a kid I admit I was on that Jordan bandwagon, it was hard not to be.

Basketball I can only watch my homer teams. Playoffs too.

Its hard for me to find the time to follow sports as in depth as I used to.

But it looks like some of the players weren’t entirely objective when they made their selections.

How else can you explain 128 players not voting for LeBron James while 154 left Kevin Durant off their ballot?

Rockets drop to the Warriors at home. Looked nothing like the hot double OT team that beat them earlier this year. Laziness on defense and heavy three-point reliance leaves us with another question mark.

There was some insane voting for the NBA all-star game. Lebron and KG not getting votes. There were votes for slightly above average players and guys who never played. We all know all-star games are a joke but they have to have qualified people voting. Westbrook has more triple doubles than all the starters combined. The joke of the all star game is becoming more of a joke.

i feel like the clippers are not going to get it together for a solid run. the west is just too tough to not be 100%.

if they can all get healthy and hit stride then who cares if they are a low seed i guess, but thats a lot of if.

I use to have Clippers season tickets and watched most NBA games until I moved out of America. Then I watched playoffs, finals, and NBA Christmas. I was a lot more stunned when I tried catching up with NBA this past December.
So many changes, so much chemistry lost in a good few teams. Cavs without their best flopper Dellavedova. Rockets without Howard. The Bulls without Tom Thibodeau, Noah, Rose, Gasol. I preferred em back in the day with little ol Nate Robinson. I wonder where they would of been if they kept Bellineli, Deng, Hinrich, Noah, and Robinson now that Butler is a leader. I read Robinson is helping out Butler after Bulls last defeat.

Draymond Green is the 1st player in NBA history to record a triple-double without scoring double digit points. 10 assists, 12 rebounds and 10 steals.

Jeannie Buss cleans house in LA. Don't know if this will work or not but she's sick of the team her father gave her being a loser. She fired her brother (should make for excellent holiday family get-togethers). She also fired Mitch Kupchak, so the front office is wide open. She hired Magic as President and hired a new GM and kept the coach. She is still dating Phil Jackson, so you have to wonder.
On a more concrete level they traded a 20 point scorer for a 4 point scorer and a draft pick, this to ensure they end up in the bottom 3 for a draft pick. Looks like a winning strategy, and I guess they are rebuilding and  getting ready for when Golden State ages.

And the Kings just traded their best player away, I can't think of anything that even makes them worth watching now.

Jim Buss is making a powerplay move to take control of the Lakers against his sister Jeannie. Probably not going to work. The father's will gave him 11% of ownership to Jim and controlling partner to Jeannie, I think because Jim didn't do good under his 4? years of control. I don't know what the other legal points are, but it doesn't sound good for Jim. Probably still gonna be Jeannie Buss and Magic Johnson building the new Laker regime.
