Hi guys i decided to attempt my first grow. BRF cakes inoculated with B+ the jars fully colonized

Made 5 jars only lost 2. after birthing i soaked the cakes in water fully submerged for a bit less than 20 hours did the roll in dry verm and put them in the homemade cheapo terrarium and am hoping for the best. I put the cakes in the terrarium Wednesday. I have been making sure they are being fanned with fresh air and misted a couple times a day.

the other day i accidentally knocked the terrarium over making the perlite uneven. i hope that wont effect anything. still no signs of change really since i set them into the terrarium.
Help is appreaciates please! i want to learn and am kind of nervous lol

I can't tell by the pictures but is your tub drilled out with holes? If not you need to look into making a sgfc so those cakes can get proper fae and not choke.

You still have time. Just wait it out, if you put them in wed it's only been a few days. After the jars went 100% did you leave them in the jar to consolidate for another week or so? Just because it looked 100% from the outside doesn't mean it was all the way through, such is why people recommend letting them consolidate a week or even till you see primordia. If you didn't leave them that could play into them taking longer fyi

As long as it's built to spec, I see no issue here. Fully consolidated cakes should pin in 5-7 days, with plenty of fresh air, and a balanced humidity to allow periodic evaporation on the cake surface. Fine mist and fan as needed only when the surface appears to not have any moisture, indicated by small fine beads of water.
A proper SGFC is said to only need misted 2-3 times a day but that's highly subjective to your ambient humidity in your grow area. If it's dry, mist it and fan for a few moments, then don't mist again until water has evaporated, as many times a day as necessary.

Also, if you're new and your posts contain the words: Humidifer, incubator, air-stone, or heater, then you need to read and UTFSE before asking people to review your setup. OR... You should be cultivating reptiles and fish, not mushrooms.

I did see primordia I let them sit for about a week and a half after they appeared fully colonized

Just trying to pull more info out of you to trouble shoot. I can't know unless you tell and there was nothing about consolidation in the op. I know sometime when posting its hard to remember things, but always try to be specific as possible. takes the guess work out, and from what i know not many people here are keen on guess work keep updating as it progresses

Knocking over the tub doesn't matter. Perlite being uneven doesn't matter at all. You're doing great - keep misting and fanning.
