I found these growing everywhere and was wandering if they are panaeolus cinctulus

Im not an expert but i know for sure that cincts have a black spore print and their close relative has a brown sporeprint and is inactive so taking a print should be your next step.

Those dont really look like cincts though. Cincts have rings on the cap sort of. It goes dark, light, dark, light.

All Panaeolus species have jet black spores except for the former Panaeolina species.
