Those are some shitty countries.
I'd pick Russia for the beautiful women. Vietnam seems like a decent country

I could have sworn that was where Edward Snowden spent some time, but I might be remembering incorrectly.
Looked it up and I guess he's living in Russia.

Countries in blue currently have extradition treaties with the US. It's slim pickings if you're a fugative from justice.

The only reason I'd pick jury is if I thought I could deadlock them. Otherwise, I'd pick judge. The average person is a fucking idiot, I don't want a room full of average people deciding my fate. I'd rather have someone who got a law degree and became a judge.

Jury. Think about it, the Judge, and the Prosecuter are on the SAME payroll. Hell, when I was in "trouble" the prosecuter went out to eat with the fucking judge daily. Fuck that shit, its all a crock of shit.

Take a boat or buy a fake passport. Can't imagine what you'll have to do in 20 years, I used thumb prints just to clock in at my last job.

lol, I get carried away with fantasies sometimes. I've fantasized about murdering certain people, and how I could get away with it after.
I pretty much calculated that I would need to save up several thousand dollars and buy myself a one-way plane ticket to Cuba almost immediately after the murder, before the cops even find the body. Ideally if I had $100K saved up I could just buy a home there, but y'know if time is of the essence and I am only able to save up $10K realistically then that will have to do.

I loled too. Cuba's a safe country, in fact I'd venture to say it's a lot safer than Russia. The highest percentage of Neo-Nazis exist in Russia and there are vigilante groups in Russia that pretty much kidnap and torture gay people and foreigners, and they are almost never prosecuted. Not to mention Russia has a huge problem with mafia and organized crime, alcoholism (which leads to violent crime), and crazy violent cops.
Cuba is nothing like Brazil, it's a safe country. Violent crime is actually pretty uncommon in Cuba.
The OSAC for example, lists Cuba's safety level as "medium" while Moscow, Russia is listed as "critical." I would be so much more fearful of stepping foot into Russia than Cuba.
What the OSAC says about Moscow, Russia: "Violent crime, including incidents backed by organized crime, is not uncommon." What the OSAC says about Cuba (basically saying that the most common types of crime in Cuba are non-confrontational, AKA prostitution or pickpocketing, those types of crimes): "Violent crime is not common. However, there were a small number of violent crimes involving American citizens reported in 2014."
What the OSAC said about Russia:
Quote:
Criminal groups continue to target individuals carrying large sums of cash or high-value luxury items. According to open source reports, thieves regularly target individuals who have withdrawn hundreds of thousands of rubles from local banks in the center of Moscow. This type of crime is sometimes violent and can involve the use of firearms.
Frequenting bars or clubs late at night or early in the morning in Moscow involves additional risk to personal safety. U.S. citizens may be targeted for robbery, assault, or another type of crime, especially if senses are diminished due to alcohol use. In July and August, there were three separate incidents of U.S. Embassy employees being assaulted while returning home late at night in central Moscow. In the first two incidents, the victims were struck physically, briefly lost consciousness, and were robbed of their valuables. The third incident involved two U.S citizen employees who appeared to have been drugged and robbed of their valuables; both awoke in different parts of the city, one by the edge of the Moscow River.
In August 2015, a U.S. citizen employee of an American company in Moscow was shot at while on his way to work in a chauffeur-driven vehicle, sustaining non-life-threatening injuries. Although the perpetrators were never caught, the employee believed that he was not targeted because he was American, but rather as a result of a personal dispute with other employees of the company.
Violent crime, including incidents backed by organized crime, is not uncommon. In December 2015, two people were killed and 12 injured during a shooting at a café-bar near the Russian White House. Witnesses, including an Irish expatriate, claimed at least 20 rounds were discharged on a public street between two highly trafficked metro stations.
Also in December, an improvised explosive device injured five people at a bus stop in central Moscow. The police arrested a suspect who reportedly was attempting to kill a local businessman over a construction dispute.
I don't know why he thinks Russia is so safe yet Cuba isn't. lol
Not only that, but Moscow is one of the most expensive cities to live in. It is even more expensive than London or Tokyo or NYC. The weather is shit too, and Russian is one of the most impossible languages for a foreigner to learn.
Russia just sounds like an all-around unsafe bet when you consider the fact that your job prospects are low with a language that's almost impossible to learn, the fact that it's not cheap to live there, and if you wind up homeless there's a strong chance you may perish out in the freezing cold, all in all just makes for a very risky place to run away to with limited resources and no connections. At least in Cuba if you wind up homeless, you could sleep on the beach and it really wouldn't be that bad.
