Full text of the article Quote:
A Bloomberg poll shows that Americans living in households making $100,000 or more have abandoned the Republican party, led by Donald Trump, in favor of Hillary Clinton.
Clinton beats Trump by 46 percent to 42 percent, according to the poll. Twelve percent indicated that they were not sure.
Bloomberg reports that the Republican nominee has either won or tied among the group of voters making $100,000 or more, according to the Roper Center for Public Opinion Research. According to exit polls, Mitt Romney had a ten-point lead over Obama among the high-earning group in 2012, but still lost the election.
The group also views President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, and Paul Ryan more favorably than Donald Trump.
The survey was conducted September 16-19, using a nationally representative opt-in panel of 600 respondents. It has a margin of error +/- 4 percent.
This writing is shit, the formatting is shit, the grammar is shit. You have to click the Bloomberg link to understand what the bolded (mine) means.
Rich != right wing, Hillary is probably leading across income and education levels. I thought the whole premise of Trump's campaign was that being wealthy meant good judgement?
It'll be nice having a president who will actually lead congress instead of play the blame game for a change.

He is successful at obtaining wealth and being a celebrity. He certainly isn't successful at marriage or building things or being a decent human being.

He's not successful at building things? Are you sure about that?
And the logical choice is to vote for Hillary Clinton who is likewise all the same things you accuse Trump of, and worse?

That was the first good thing you ever said. I should listen to u more about movies or music, than politics.
So this is what happened with that quote. The Cohen Brothers wanted to use the Townes Van Zandt version of Stones' Dead Flowers in the movie. But they were independent filmmakers without a lot of money, and I think the first offer was Van Zandt saying he wanted 100K. So the Brothers said, sorry, cant possibly do it. But when Townes Van Zandt heard the script said "I fucking hate the Eagles", he said fuck it. You can use the song for free.

And the same thing for HRC and Bernie. She isn't fit to hold a candle while he take a shit. If Bernie was running this race would be over a month ago and lil'dick would have been removed.

I agree, but I wasn't sure about electability (cause I'm from the McGovern, McCarthy era (Gene, so nobody's mixing names up), when the Dems went with a progressive and got killed. If I knew then what I know now I would have never doubted Bernie's electability, but we didn't know (maybe some of you did) then, what we know now. I was worried that Bernie would get hit with a republican backlash and lose which I saw throughout my young days. I just wanted to win the election, for the Supreme Court Nominations. I had no idea we were going up against an utter complete dimwit. Bernie would have won in a landlslide. Hillary's going to win in a landslide. IDK, I apologise, we could have got a better president. I didn't anticipate that the National election would be a walkthrough. It's hard to anticipate these things. Romney lost by 2 points because he was a Mormon, despite him not running on any of that, so I thought we had to be careful. If I knew it was a sure thing I would have been for Bernie just thinking we get electability and ideology.

All I needed to know was Bernie doesn't have anywhere near the baggage that HRC does. Bernie has always stood for the same thing during his political career, lil'dick would have nothing to scare the Deplorables with except 'Socialism'. Voters on the fence could drop lil'dick that can't now because they could never vote for a Clinton.

Here's a larger bit of the transcript:
Quote:
STEPHANOPOULOS: Here's what Donald Trump Tweeted about that. He said, "Crooked H is nasty to Sanders' supporters behind closed doors, owned by Wall Street and politicians. HRC is not with you," making a direct pitch to your supporters.
How did you take it?
SANDERS: I took it exactly the opposite way. I think what she said -- and, by the way, during the campaign, we do have our differences, Secretary Clinton and I do disagree on issues. But what she was saying there is absolutely correct. And that is, you've got millions of young people, many of whom took out loans in order to go to college, hoping to go out and get decent-paying, good jobs.
And you know what?
They're unable to do that. And yes, they do want a political revolution. They want to transform this society. They want to make sure that when they get out of school, they can get a job that pays them wages and salaries commensurate with the education they have. I think that's a very important point. And that is an issue that, as a nation, we have got to address -- how do we create good-paying jobs for people who have a decent education?
And one of the issues that Clinton is talking about is rebuilding our infrastructure, pay equity for women, raising the minimum wage to a living wage, so, in fact, we can have decent paying jobs for all of our people.

HRC came out, shit on the "sanders political revolution" in her speech, called them basement dwellers, said they have no hope and are naive. Sanders said she's absolutely correct. How can you stand behind Sanders after he endorsed Hillary? She stands against everything he stood for. They're basically opposite candidates. I'm glad my candidate of choice wasn't an absolute pussy sell out

Reminiscent of this image of a S. Vietnam general executing a Viet Cong captain during the Tet Offensive. I just learned that the general moved to DC as Saigon fell to start a pizza restaurant (lol at highly skilled refugees to the US being wasted doing menial work) and passed away in 2009:

I see. So your comic really should have had a non libertarian in it rather than a liberal.

Well I sincerely hope the Republicans replace Obamacare with something good, because I rely on the healthcare system. I am a diabetic, so it's very important to me that the provision that insurance companies cannot turn down someone with a preexisting condition be retained in the new legislation. I hope they don't do anything to fuck people like me who have a very dependent relationship with the healthcare system. We have tended to slip through the cracks historically. My fingers are crossed bigtime.

Unfortunately, Republicans never offered an alternative to the ACA, they were bought off by the same corporate interests to just say nothing about the issue.
I sorry to say, but I don't think US citizens are going to be any relief for their health care.

My fingers are crossed bigtime.
Here is the plan: https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/healthcare-reform/
It might not totally answer your concerns, but its a general idea of where his head's at.
Quote:
Healthcare Reform to Make America Great Again
Since March of 2010, the American people have had to suffer under the incredible economic burden of the Affordable Care Act—Obamacare. This legislation, passed by totally partisan votes in the House and Senate and signed into law by the most divisive and partisan President in American history, has tragically but predictably resulted in runaway costs, websites that don’t work, greater rationing of care, higher premiums, less competition and fewer choices. Obamacare has raised the economic uncertainty of every single person residing in this country. As it appears Obamacare is certain to collapse of its own weight, the damage done by the Democrats and President Obama, and abetted by the Supreme Court, will be difficult to repair unless the next President and a Republican congress lead the effort to bring much-needed free market reforms to the healthcare industry.
But none of these positive reforms can be accomplished without Obamacare repeal. On day one of the Trump Administration, we will ask Congress to immediately deliver a full repeal of Obamacare.
However, it is not enough to simply repeal this terrible legislation. We will work with Congress to make sure we have a series of reforms ready for implementation that follow free market principles and that will restore economic freedom and certainty to everyone in this country. By following free market principles and working together to create sound public policy that will broaden healthcare access, make healthcare more affordable and improve the quality of the care available to all Americans.
Any reform effort must begin with Congress. Since Obamacare became law, conservative Republicans have been offering reforms that can be delivered individually or as part of more comprehensive reform efforts. In the remaining sections of this policy paper, several reforms will be offered that should be considered by Congress so that on the first day of the Trump Administration, we can start the process of restoring faith in government and economic liberty to the people.
Congress must act. Our elected representatives in the House and Senate must:
1.Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.
2.Modify existing law that inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines. As long as the plan purchased complies with state requirements, any vendor ought to be able to offer insurance in any state. By allowing full competition in this market, insurance costs will go down and consumer satisfaction will go up.
3.Allow individuals to fully deduct health insurance premium payments from their tax returns under the current tax system. Businesses are allowed to take these deductions so why wouldn’t Congress allow individuals the same exemptions? As we allow the free market to provide insurance coverage opportunities to companies and individuals, we must also make sure that no one slips through the cracks simply because they cannot afford insurance. We must review basic options for Medicaid and work with states to ensure that those who want healthcare coverage can have it.
4.Allow individuals to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Contributions into HSAs should be tax-free and should be allowed to accumulate. These accounts would become part of the estate of the individual and could be passed on to heirs without fear of any death penalty. These plans should be particularly attractive to young people who are healthy and can afford high-deductible insurance plans. These funds can be used by any member of a family without penalty. The flexibility and security provided by HSAs will be of great benefit to all who participate.
5.Require price transparency from all healthcare providers, especially doctors and healthcare organizations like clinics and hospitals. Individuals should be able to shop to find the best prices for procedures, exams or any other medical-related procedure.
6.Block-grant Medicaid to the states. Nearly every state already offers benefits beyond what is required in the current Medicaid structure. The state governments know their people best and can manage the administration of Medicaid far better without federal overhead. States will have the incentives to seek out and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve our precious resources.
7.Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, reliable and cheaper products. Congress will need the courage to step away from the special interests and do what is right for America. Though the pharmaceutical industry is in the private sector, drug companies provide a public service. Allowing consumers access to imported, safe and dependable drugs from overseas will bring more options to consumers.
The reforms outlined above will lower healthcare costs for all Americans. They are simply a place to start. There are other reforms that might be considered if they serve to lower costs, remove uncertainty and provide financial security for all Americans. And we must also take actions in other policy areas to lower healthcare costs and burdens. Enforcing immigration laws, eliminating fraud and waste and energizing our economy will relieve the economic pressures felt by every American. It is the moral responsibility of a nation’s government to do what is best for the people and what is in the interest of securing the future of the nation.
Providing healthcare to illegal immigrants costs us some $11 billion annually. If we were to simply enforce the current immigration laws and restrict the unbridled granting of visas to this country, we could relieve healthcare cost pressures on state and local governments.
To reduce the number of individuals needing access to programs like Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program we will need to install programs that grow the economy and bring capital and jobs back to America. The best social program has always been a job – and taking care of our economy will go a long way towards reducing our dependence on public health programs.
Finally, we need to reform our mental health programs and institutions in this country. Families, without the ability to get the information needed to help those who are ailing, are too often not given the tools to help their loved ones. There are promising reforms being developed in Congress that should receive bi-partisan support.
To reform healthcare in America, we need a President who has the leadership skills, will and courage to engage the American people and convince Congress to do what is best for the country. These straightforward reforms, along with many others I have proposed throughout my campaign, will ensure that together we will Make America Great Again.

That could be changing. In the last 24 hours, the WSJ reported:
Quote:
President-elect Donald Trump said he would consider leaving in place certain parts of the Affordable Care Act, an indication of possible compromise after a campaign in which he pledged repeatedly to repeal the 2010 health-care law.
Mr. Trump said a big reason for his shift from his call for an all-out repeal was the meeting at the White House with Mr. Obama...

Yes, I just saw a bit on MSNBC that Trump plans to keep the pre-existing condition clause, and the stipulation that youths can be on their parents' insurance plan until their mid-twenties. He'll repeal everything else.

Sorry to cross post this but, under Gov. Pence healthcare costs in Indiana are going DOWN this year. And, Indiana opted out of Obamacare, in spite of what Hillary said during the campaign (she pointed out Indiana as an example of a State where healthcare costs were declining...)
Prior to that, under Gov. Mitch Daniels, the health plan State employees had was among the best in the nation. It saved me tons of money, it saved the State tons of money, and the only people who didn't like it were the ones running the insurance companies - the same ones that got fucking rich as fuck under Oamacare (AARP made over a billion dollars a year shilling their health plans for example).
In fact WSJ asked Daniels to write an article explaining exactly how the fuck he did it.
I tend to believe things are as bad as they are now because people believe this shit that CNN reports as if Jesus Christ Himself had appeared and written it on a stone tablet. People can't make good decisions when the media they rely on puts out bad information.

1.Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.
Turns out it is now NOT completely repealed, pre existing conditions will stay and so will kids on parents policy until 26. With that in there the only way you fund those two is to make everyone buy coverage.
Turns out O talked lil'dick into supporting those two items in their meeting.

Don't you find it rather encouraging that Trump listens to people he vehemently disagrees with and supports their ideas if they seem to be the right ideas?
